Man... it is quite difficult for me to leave a review for Kusa Sushi because I really loved the service and especially the atmosphere. From the entrance to the complementaries, made me wonder if the owner of the place has been to Asia as such services were only seen in the Asian restaurants, and people wouldn't know unless they have been to Asia or have been to restaurants with Asian owners. Unfortunately, this is a review for a restaurant, and only honest review needs to be left here. As seen in my photos, the place and the food look absolutely stunning. However, the flavor was not there. For 100zł within two people during lunch, we expected more of flavors as we just ordered the appetizer and two rolls. To be specific, in case the restaurant is curious, the sushi rice was crumbling and very dry with no flavor of typical sushi rice has due to being marinated with vinegar. Also, the pickled cucumber complimentary dish was just soaked in soy sauce which looked like something you would see in Asia, but the flavor needs to be adjusted or should not serve, really, I really want to be back and revise my review as I do want to give a better review for such a wonderful customer service, but it won't be anytime soon as I don't want to pay for disappointing food again. Fresh ingredients, good combination of tastes and care to details in sushi-sets make this place a point of reference when it comes to sushi in Kielce. Keep going guys!

Pros: all dishes pictured in menu in super elegant way, waitress names meals while serves them, wasabi was high quality and strong, nice selection of plum wines. Cons: hard to phone them to book a table

Small place with take out menu. Very friendly and helpful staff. In my opinion too many rolls with cream cheese.

Jedno z lepszych sushi w Kielcach. Często wracam. Zauważyłam natomiast, że czasami jest odrobine słabsze, wiec widocznie trzeba trafić na odpowiedniego sushimastera. Tak czy inaczej jest pysznie, jedzenie jest świeże. Drinki nie są najlepsze natomiast nie są tez tragiczne. Niestety po ich przeniesieniu lokalu już nie ma takiego klimatu jak kiedyś. Dawniej była to mała restauracja, przytulna, z ciekawym wystrojem, aktualnie w lokalizacje zimno i nieprzytulnie.
