Many people discovered this place after it went viral and had some less than ideal experiences with the service. As a regular customer, I can attest that I have never encountered any issues with the service here. In the early days, the chef would personally approach you to explain the intricacies of the food, detailing how it was made entirely from scratch. It was evident that there was a genuine passion for the culinary craft. Both the chef and the staff were consistently friendly. However, as the popularity soared, the situation got a bit out of control. This was primarily due to their commitment to maintaining the same high quality despite making everything from scratch. Their focus is on quality rather than quantity, as they strive to ensure that each customer receives the best possible experience. It's important to consider the hard work put in by the team before leaving negative reviews. Take a moment to empathize and appreciate their dedication to providing exceptional service. Please ensure good ventilation and maybe consider adding a pleasant scent to the restaurant? The noodle is the only thing that actually good and fresh. The flavour of the meat could be enhanced. As for the broth, it lacked the depth and richness that are characteristic of traditional ramen. Instead, it tasted overwhelmingly of garlic miso. Additionally, the condiments were minimal. These aspects unfortunately detracted from the overall experience. I would consider returning if there were improvements made to the recipes. One of the best, if not the best ramen I've ever tasted. Ordered a new menu, ramen curry of death (level: heavy metal) and the curry was so good. As a spicy lover, I would say that the broth is not too spicy. I would definitely try the same menu with different spicy levels. Totally recommended for everyone to try. The restaurant does not fear mixing both japanese and malaysian influences, which I loved with my matcha asam boi! Fried rice could have done with an extra garlic option cause I would like some oomph and maybe prefer a tad drier. Ramen was well done with one of the better chicken chashu I eaten but I wish the black garlic flavour profile stood out more seeing its their signature. The broth at first felt it could be thicker for that slurp mouthfeel but driking it by itself at the end was delish. The gyoza though, yeah the chef knew what was up and was my fav part of the meal. Finally, food actually 4 star for me because i thought some elements could be improved but given the price point, it becomes a very easy 5 star. Worth a visit if in bandar kajang. Gotta give 5 stars for being the only decent place to get ramen in Kajang. I came early after knowing this place might be swarmed by food lovers after some food reviews in social media and was seated upon arrival. On the food, i appreciate the chewy noodles and balanced broth taste that we got from the Signature Kuro Tokusei Ramen. But maybe the eggs to be more soft boiled next time. Portion? Generous! RM19 for a signature ramen is a steal! Sides option tho limited but overall good. We had the hanetsuki gyoza which has thin skin and crispy bottom (perfect!). And the tori karaage is so juicy with nice tasting, crispy batter. Drinks are cheap IMO. RM4 for iced honey tea lemon is so murah. Ambiance- wise i love the Japanese city pop playlist that was so on brand. Just hope the aircon is much more cooler to give a more Japan sejuk sejuk feeling🙏🏽😆 Service lambat sikit but still within reasonable expectation of a full house eatery. Overall, despite the scathing recent reviews by others due to the waiting time (which i think can be improved in the near future), this little gem in Kajang deserves a 5. Service We went on sunday lunch, we had to wait on a queue at the outside as its full. Fortunately , not too long waiting The food did take time, however its not too long considering the fullhouse Atmosphere Cozy but space quite limited , some tables quite small. our seating next to the other person quite near and we can hear other table conversation Food we had lunch deals aka ramen and tantan ramen . the lunch deals is Rm19~ with a big portion of ramen, free flow green tea and a scoop of ice cream. I think its worthy. Taste wise tasty. However, as I am more to ramen y berlemak sikit, I think the soup kurang lemak.. We also had chicken karaage, crunchy and tasty too .the dipsauce also taste good ! apple mojito taste nice as well. overall its a good experience. Might come again to try other ramen Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Chicken Karaage

I came here for a taste test after watching a promo video online. From the onset, I guess I am not the only one who checked out the place coz already a queue was forming outside the stall minutes after it just opened. I guess the fact that its halal probably contributed to its popularity because by far that day, I was the only non Muslim customer. I waited 20 minutes despite arriving just 10 minutes after they officially opened. But the owner was kind to provide some chairs to sit while queuing. Anyways, I gave it the benefit of doubt because I tasted great halal ramen but unfortunately most of them are below par and sad to say, this is below par. On the bright side, the ramen is chewy and really fresh compared to other ramen shop. The meat is bland. I saw the video saying it was charred just before serving...gotta need more of that here. Now comes the broth. The soul of ramen. And there is no soul here. It tasted like an overdosed garlic miso soup. The condiments are minimal, and tamago egg, is not a tamago egg at all. Its just hard boiled eggs. That just killed it. Tea was bland. The glass was double walled so its good, i did not burn my fingers but please serve better tea. Overall, not a good ramen store. The only thing I enjoyed was the ramen noodles and good quality tea cup. Buck up please. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

overall very mixed reviews. main thing was the waiting line is very slow-moving, service time was slow too. we stood outside waiting for 30 minutes, then after ordering our food we had to wait 30 minutes more. food wise, the karaage was very good and juicy, but also probably the only item that i will order again. the gyoza was not bad, just abit small in portion for the price. ramen wise, as i have tried authentic ramen before, so id say tastes nothing similar… but also its about rm20 ish, so i guess you get what you paid for. We ride in the rain all the way from Equine to try their ramen and it is worth it. We had the Curry of Death(RM22) and Tan Tan Ramen(RM21). We get to choose between soft and chewy ramen. The broth for the curry was vey thick and creamy which tasted soo good. The Tan Tan Ramen was also very good. We also had their Tori Karaage(RM11). It was also good crispy yet tender and we can taste the meat was marinated well. The Matcha Milk Soda(RM16) was also good. Would come again definitely! My first time here and it was a great experience. Tried 2 types of ramen and their gyoza. The gyoza was juicy & fresh with perfect dipping. The noodles were chewy to my liking & broth was rich. Green tea is refillable and free water. Will come back to try others Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Hanetsuki Gyoza
