Taichung shop far more better. Fish is not fresh, I was served with a frozen tuna. not yet properly thawed..unbelievable for a Japanese chain restaurant. I think the kitchen staff is not properly trained to serve sushi. This restaurant has no difference from normal Taiwanese sushi...that serves 30 NT sushi.

I think in Chang Hua this place is one of the best! There is parking space and the service quality is high and the hygiene and the quality of the food is satisfactory. I have tried the other sushi places and this one still stands on top!

我覺得藏壽司是幾家平價迴轉壽司裡面，個人最喜歡的一家，因為他的品質最穩定，衛生度也最好。這家藏壽司他在市郊，但是離市中心很近，所以無時無刻生意都蠻好的，如果是平日的離峰時段來吃，基本上是不用訂位就有位子。停車場的位子蠻多的，只要用餐就可以免費停車。來這裡用餐的客人大概有70%以上都會選用平板點餐高速送達，所以在迴轉台上已經做好的壽司數量並不多，不太容易吃到在轉檯上很久接近失溫東西。雖然偶爾會有少數的客人把迴轉台上的壽司蓋打開沒有取餐，但是機率不高。這邊的芥末比較接近像是現磨的山葵，不是綠色膏狀的化工芥末醬，光是這一點個人覺得誠意十足。甜點也還不錯。總之整體來說用餐的感覺是舒服的。 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $400–600 Recommended dishes 北海道牛奶霜淇淋
