We are currently at this location and have been refused service.
The manager initially stated that they ran out of ingredients and could not make our order, although we had not yet requested any particular drink, so there was no way to know what ingredients our drink would r
Meanwhile, there was a edit family with fresh drinks from this establishment and they were standing around drinking them.
There was another young lady who was waiting for them to finish making her drink as well.
I asked her how was it that we could not get drinks, but others were enjoying theirs.
She then admitted that she simply wanted to close early and had taken her last customer.
This was disappointing because it was only 740pm and the mall doesn’t close until 8pm as well as this location.
She did not show any remorse for this inconvenience and did not apologize or offer any concessions.
Due to this negative experience, I do not feel valued as a customer as certainly will not return to this establishment.
Drinks are delicious as with other KFT but this location did not list online some toppings that was available on site. Staff adjusted and accommodate the change. We had a large order so took longer than expected.

This is the new drink cherry blossom with chocolate blast. It’s very tasty and also comes with cute stickers. Kungfutea has a lots of promotions going on now so make sure you use the app to get your rewards and discounts. Would definitely recommend and coming back for more new drinks!
A majority of my time here has been good however recently I ordered a matcha milk cap, the drink itself was fine until I got to the milk cap which tasted sickly sweet and left my naucious afterwards, which makes me believe that it was made with expired milk

My wife loves this place. I finally got to try it with her today and it was pretty tasty. She got a coconut milk tea with coffee bubbles.

I've tried, I think every boba tea place in Louisville and this is one of the better ones. As far as options, I love the red bean reminds me of me being back in Kyoto.

I love this place and their teas and coffee, but this time I ordered less ice (not the first time ive done this) and I received half a drink. I asked the guy working and he said the ice would've made it full. Why would I want less ice if I was just getting half the drink? The point of less ice is so I have more drink than ice. It wouldn't be full with more ice anyhow, still not enough drink.

Worst drink vendor experience in a really long time. Took a half hour plus for two employees to make a Thai Tea.The young people working there simply grunted at me upon submitting my order and then grunted outmy number a half hour later . No apologies or explanations. On top of it the drink was sub-par. Will not return.
