Sunday, wanted a drink. Ordered at 1130 from the parking lot on the app. Watched the workers stroll in late. It's now 11:55 and my drink is still not ready. Not cool. It's now 12:05. Workers walking around, they appear confused, not a single drink made as of yet for anyone waiting. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

First time coming to this location There was no welcome atmosphere, employee seem like she had an attitude or didn’t want to be there. They ran out of brown sugar so we couldn’t get the cocoa type drink.
