Was invited for dinner at this cosy family owned restaurant. They do not have many tables, recommended to make reservations if you are planning to come.
The food was home-cooked and must be prepared to wait. Highlight were their homemade tapioca noodles fried hokkien noodle style, the lor mee, the braised pork belly with mantau, their signature fried taufu, and signature fried lobak. Their fried osyter was rather gluey. My preference is the dryer slightly crispy type.
Overall, it was a nice homely meal.

Loh Mee
This one of the many family run Klang restaurant that offers home cooked taste food featuring Hokkien, Teochew dish. We ordered mostly their specialty dish such as the oyster potage noodle string, Hokkien chi hun ken & delicious kampong chicken. The food are good overall with decent portion. The steamed kampong chicken is very smooth but the garlic sauce that accompanied the dish could have been better. The Hokkien chi hun ken is a traditional Hokkien dish, it’s similar to Hokkien mee in taste. The oyster omelette was crispy on the outside and starchy in the inside. Not too bad but not a wow.
The place is quite small inside. There are six tables that fit 4-5 pax per table and there are some tables outside that are shaded too should the inside be full.

Small family run business with good home cooked meals. The fried kampong chicken is a must try. Half a chicken costs RM 57.00
Usually crowded during weekends, so better to go by 6 pm.

I think that I have to literally force my customer to bring me to new place for lunch/dinner. Everytime I look for him, he'd bring me to his usual place or "canteen" in his term. After a while I got bored and had to ask him to bring me to new places to eat. So we were near Klang Parade one day, and he instantly knew where to turn in and park the car.
This is an old establishment.. it's been here for the longest time! He said... There were only 4 of us but the amount of food that we'd ordered were definitely more than what we could stomach. The lady boss was very chatty but probably because we were the noisy ones from the beginning.
◾fried spring rolls - crispy skin and generous fillings.. perfect start to the lunch
◾golden ingots bean curd - their signature homemade dish. Order this if you like beancurds
◾Oyster loh mee sua - seriously good with oysters. Add vinegar for the added depth
◾special chi hun ken - tapioca noodles were hard to find nowadays due to the tedious process of making this dish. But they had it here.. fried with enough wok hei to almost tempt me for a second plate of this.
◾ salted fried kampung chicken - no batter.. just deep fried to perfection with just enough saltiness and juiciness of the fowl.
◾dong po rou - lovely! I wish that I could eat it with the mantao but there were so much things to eat that I abandoned this idea.
◾grouper fish head in minced ginger sauce - fresh fish head and the ginger sauce had just the right flavour to enhance the dish.
◾Kung pao mantis prawn - one of my fav dish of the day. Crunchy batter coating the prawn while the sauce was to die for.
This had been in my to-go list whenever I'm in Klang.. to go with friends or even with family. If I may say.. worth driving all the way here.
Note: they make "bah Chang" all year long and not just limited to Dragon Boat Festival.. Hokkien, nyonya, Hakka and others.
Bring my wife and daughter here for a simple dinner...we order only 3 dishes...1) fried chu hoon kern..2) fried mee suah....3) spring roll...The food taste awesome...surrounding is clean and atmosphere is bright and cooling...(aircond)...price is reasonable and cheap...will be back here to try out other dishes...

The quantity for the food was so little. Their service was really really bad. They have no manners at all!!! When I call the waitress she even ignored me!! Never gonna come again. Don't recommend this restaurant at all!!! It's really overrated 🙄🙄🙄👎👎👎

an old eatery that serves varieties of Chinese traditional dishes, from hokkien to hainanese, teochew to Hakka. They even have nyonya dumpling on advance order. they have many signatures, one of the best is the starch noodle or 茨粉根, uniquely and only available in Klang. Only 6 tables in the restaurant, so you have to come at the right time.

A small family restaurant with awesome and interesting food that you won't easily find elsewhere. Their specialties include fried tapioca starch noodle....love the nice chewy texture! Also fried mee sua, fried tang hoon etc. Authentic Hokkien dishes. Friendly servers with a homely feeling. Highly recommend!
