I am in love with these croissants. When I went, there were either chocolate or cheese. I chose cheese - and it was fluffy, warm, and the cheese was a good amount of salty. It was only a couple hundred pounds. I was so distracted by how big these were. Such a delicious snack.

Croissant Al Qaimarryeh in Damascus serves up the most mouthwatering croissant I've ever had in Syria. The combination of buttery layers and a luscious qaimarryeh filling is simply divine. What makes it truly special is enjoying this treat in the charming embrace of the great old city of Damascus. It's like a culinary journey through time, with each bite offering a taste of history. Whether you're a local or a visitor, this croissant is a must-try. It encapsulates the essence of Damascus in a delectable form. Don't leave Damascus without savoring the Croissant Al Qaimarryeh; it's an experience that'll make your taste buds dance with delight.
Well, it used to be one of the best cheap Croissant in Damascus. They weren’t French, they were Syrian croissants. But now the quality drastically dropped during the 2020/2021 phase. I got a stomachache from trying their chocolate croissants, they weren’t clean or fluffy as usual. They were stiff and smaller than before. I hope they would improve their quality. They were a staple part of Old Damascus.
