This store is busy, but there was enough parking today. I found everything I wanted to buy easily, and check out was fast using the self scan lane. The app is very handy. It helps you find things, and you can check out with your phone. The app not only puts in your Shopper card number, but also supplies the credit card information.
Rude, disrespectful, and discriminating!!! I was at #24 self checkout on Wednesday around 2:30. I asked for assistance to a customer assistant associate. She was chatting with another employee while I was asking for assistance, soon after she came to me saying that “I am BUSY right now “ and then she went back to chatting with another assistant associate. However, there was only 4 customer including myself and two of them were about to leave. Again, she said that to me “I’m BUSY right now so go help yourself” when I called her for second time. I couldn't believe that she actually said something like that to a customer. Perhaps, she is a lazy employee or just because I am an Asian or she knows that the manager doesn’t care about customer care? I know that there is a camera so management can see things at self checkout stations. I tried called the manager on the phone… on hold for while transferring …. no answer and then hung up on me after a long wait.
I am done with Kroger. It is getting worse and worse every time I go in. The store itself is kept up and clean. That’s not the issue. My issue is being hassled by multiple people that this location allows to harass every customer that comes in the door. This past week alone there has been Spectrum, Boy Scouts, random kids selling $15 boxes of chocolate asking me to cash app them, a football team selling chocolate, an anti-bully campaign and now what looks to be a religious organization. I usually just pass by and don’t show interest, but today on my way out, someone jogged up to me wearing dress pants and a tie calling out for me. Thinking I dropped something, or something was wrong, I stopped. They then tried to peddle whatever it was they were doing, so I walked away and told him I wasn’t interested. Being in a hurry to get home with groceries I was growing frustrated. Then after I got to my car another person wearing dress pants and a tie approached my vehicle to try to talk or sell something. At this point I went off and told him not to approach me or my vehicle. After all of this, I got home and tried to call the store to tell them about the situation. After dealing with their menu system that isn’t working, I finally got ahold of the front desk. I asked to speak with someone regarding my visit I just had and they told me to wait a second. After about a minute of the phone being set down, not on hold, they hung up on me. I called back to just talk to the lady who answered the phone and she didn’t seem to be listening. So I asked if she was listening, and there was no response. The phone had obviously been set down again. I’m done with Kroger.

Kroger itself is fine but having to walk through what I call the Commission Gauntlet just to tell Spectrum salespeople and questionable "charity" collectors no each time I walk in and out makes me want to go somewhere else. I'd honestly give it a 5 for the grocery side but Kroger makes the decision to let these sharks station up and hassle customers constantly.
Got here at 6:24am. The official Kroger site said that the store was open and then we were denied at the door. It’s very frustrating when the store hours differ from what we as the customer are able to see and end up driving all the way over just to be told they’re closed.
THANK YOU, Kim Lockman, Floral Manager/Lead Designer for creating our wedding floral arrangements! Your expertise and creativity enhanced our tables and mantle! We were so pleased with our flowers!
Everything you can possibly need to get through the week. Fresh, clean, store with a wide selection to choose from. Friendly helpful staff

Takes up to 2 hours sometimes to get unloaded. Used to be 15-20 min per truck just like any other kroger store. Now takes like an hour per truck. Seems like receiving department getting worse with new management for few month already.

Store manager at 9:36am Was very rude and short. She talked loud and gas lit my complaint. The service desk Told me I could not buy a product because they need enough for 4 more days, very rudely. Also rude to other customers before me. I said I spend a thousand dollars a month sometimes to customer service and he said others do too. And proceeded to ignore me. Very mean and rude and nasty. They finally sold me what I needed. The manager yelled at me and continued by asking other customers what they thought. I continued to shop anyway after I payed. The manager T*n*a spoke really loud so others could hear. she kept saying 'what do you expect me to do' when I complained about customer service.
Sale prices don't always ring up correctly. Always crowded. Average or less quality deli and bakery. So-so produce. Lousy meat selection and high prices. Publix can't get here soon enough!
