Terrible Experience! Attempted to order a cake with a Fortnite image that I purchased online. Order was accepted by the bakery and the employee even told me how good the lady is at these kind of cakes; however, the next day I received a phone call stating that they didn't have a copyright license to make the cake. Wow, the whole world can see in the photo review that you made a Fortnite cake for someone else last month! To make matters worse, I changed my order to a cookie cake. I asked for them to use two colors - lime green and dark blue. What did I get? Half the border was lime green and half blue. Literally, half and half. Are you serious, Kroger? The cake looked ridiculous. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAKE FROM MAINEVILLE KROGER AGAIN.

I purchased a cake topper online and took it to kroger to put on a cake for my daughters birthday party. It wasn’t centered or stuck on there all the way. It had waves on the edges. Pretty bad when a seven year old even asked why it looked bad.
