The cake was a cake that they already had made in their display of cakes. I asked if they could write my coworkers name on the cake. Jeff. Very simple. The lady was talking on the phone and messed it up the first time and just swiped the scissors through it and wrote over it. The scissor marks still through the cake. I was on my way to work and it was for a coworkers birthday which is today so I just had to take as is and pay $30 for it. Very disappointed. I should have just wrote it myself. Also... the employee never got off her personal phone.

Ordered a cake 2 days ahead of when it was needed. Went to pick it up and they just didn't make it. Tried to call and talk to someone and no one ever answered the phone.

It wasn't that it was bad service every employee in there was great it just wasn't stocked and which that's what she was doing that's only why I gave us 3 stars now when I go back in later this evening to pick up stuff I can read change it if it's not the same way

They have a lot of great and unique things to choose from. Cream horns are still my favorite!

I work third shift, get to kroger at 7 A.m. and can't buy the bologna that is on sale because deli don't open till 8.

The bakery in Fairfield Kroger has been remodeled it's very nice and they have a good selection of fresh baked goods.
