With a 1 week notice they couldn't make my cake. I got it from Sam's and it was cheaper. Won't bother with Kroger again

Absolutely worse customer service experience. Cake wasn't ready on time. Then, we found multiple human hairs mixed in with the icing. Extreamly disappointed. Will NOT be returning.
