I like to buy this in original, i bought usually around Daly city. This is the 1st time I bought it in this location. The price went up became @15.49/ dozen. When i opened the box, I was surprised and really dissapointed, the donuts became smaller with the weird shape. The one I usually bought all looks the same size and round.

Was in a hurry to grab donuts for my coworkers and got in and out in breeze thanks to Lilith. Was like I need 3 dozen boxes, one glaze, one sugar coated, and a random assortment for the later one. She also made the conversation short and fun 🤘thanks again Lilith Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I will never come back here and this place deserves to be shut down. The person working the drive through on 30 Aug at 8pm has ZERO customer service and should be fired. Their drive through headsets were not work and there was a typed sign that said such and instructed customers to drive to the window to order. I drive to the window and the worker in the drive through just looks at me for a good 10 seconds without saying anything. You know, like, "Welcome to Krispy Kreme, how can I help you?" Nothing. I ask for a menu because, of course I cannot remember the entire menu by heart. I ask, do you have a menu. His answer? "No." I was so annoyed that I am writing this review in front of the store. That's like basic customer service 101. I almost want to go back and tell him myself but I would prefer to not start a scene.
