I made an online order at 3:40pm to pick up at 8:30pm for convenience. When I arrived I told them my name and was told they didn’t have ANY of the donuts I ordered. I was extremely shocked and confused as I just saw a lady walk out with no less than 8 boxes of a dozen donuts each. When I asked why I was allowed to order online if they were not going to prepare my order or be out of the donuts I ordered, I was given an explanation that didn’t make sense. As they had a rush (understandable) and weren’t able to update when they were out of donuts. However, I was still confused as their hot hours are 5-7pm, which my understanding means they had the donuts but neglected to make my order and then proceeded to allow me to arrive expecting my order put aside. Then I was told they are not making anymore donuts (understandable, it’s 830pm, why would you? This is why I ordered earlier when you were making donuts). I wasn’t even offered a refund, I had to inquire for one as I was given a blank stare since they did not know what to do (reasonable since this was probably the persons first job and she was still polite). However, when the manager came out they didn’t say anything, no acknowledgment of their mistake (they had forgotten my order), then handed me a receipt of what I had ordered at 3:40pm but didn’t receive. No apology or nothing. I get that things are missed, I get that it gets busy, but acknowledge the mistake and apologize at least. No offering to make this situation correct, they didn’t seem to care that they forgot an order. I don’t understand why there is an online ordering system if they’re just going to ignore it. These donuts may be delicious, but I’ll never be ordering online again. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1

Ordered 1 dozen glazed on the app. Donuts were boxed and ready when I arrived. The hot light wasn't on, but the donuts were fresh and still almost as good as the warm ones. Place was clean and the staff person was very friendly. Very easy process. Use the app to order and pay, then walk in, pick up your order and walk out. My daughter got her first job and was so excited to send us "Elf" donuts. She paid $32 for a dozen. The day of delivery came, and they called her to let her know they were out of the Santa belly donuts, but they would be ready by 9AM. Then the delivery driver called and told her the donuts would not be ready until 10AM. They delivered the donuts, and NONE of them were the "Elf" donuts. My husband called the store. They placed the receiver on the counter and NEVER picked it up. He tried calling back several times with no answer! Worst service EVER. My daughter was devastated. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered the Elf donuts in a cute Elf box with a written note for our Christmas eve breakfast guest , we wanted to surprise our guest with donuts from Buddy.. Well our 8am pick up was not ready , no phone call no email...they said they would be ready at 10 (What)??? To top it off the online oreder line was very long and when it was your turn they went to the front and the back , back and forth to get the donuts when they should have been ready to go at 8am, no cute Elf box as advertised, no note . Not to mention the lady that walked right past the long long line and said she had a online order to pick up and they served her knowing she just walked in the door! Wont go there again! Service: 1

This was not a good experience. Drove over an hour to pick up donuts for the office to be told you don't have any glazed donuts. What kind of mess is that. Most of your donuts are glazed with a topping so you mean to tell me that you were serving yesterday's donuts to customers. Corporate will definitely hear about this. The employee had no care at all. Nice little store where you can find a great selection of doughnuts (I’m not sure if this is the correct spelling) but yes. The best flavors and varieties of bread. You can find nice coffee, chocolate or other drinks that you can have in the store or to take out. Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Donuts on the floor, very unclean kitchen, and had very little donuts available. Employees were not conducting good hygiene in the kitchen and overall the entire establishment was disgusting. Do not recommend this place. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

My wife and I showed up in the parking lot today. I got out of the truck and started gagging of the smell of weed. Then a young lady with fake eyebrows walked by me. Almost knocked me off my feet of the smell of weed. Turns out to be the supervisor. I think So we still went in. To get a dozen donuts. No one behind the counter to help us very dirty inside. Then a new employee helped us. The cappuccino machine wasn't working donuts was dry looking. The new employee was having trouble And nobody was willing to help her. Besides the pot smoker. And she had a attitude and rolled her eyes. My change was 68 cents. I still walked away said don't worry about it Because the Pot smoker supervisor was getting a attitude If it was up to me, I would not go back. Very dirty, nasty, Not very friendly. And maybe get some drug testing going on there. With new employees. Big different within the two years I used to go there all the time.

First and Last time at this location. We drove from across the Bay Bridge (approx. 45 minutes) bc my son wanted to try the Chips Ahoy doughnuts. The doughnuts were definitely NOT fresh , the Chocolate Iced Kreme Fill didn’t have any Kreme until you got to the last bite and was EXTREMELY dry. The workers Amaya and the guy that she was training (I’m assuming) were not friendly and acted as if we were inconveniencing them by coming into the doughnut shop to get doughnuts.

Went 5 o'clock in the evening and they were made fresh. Can't go wrong with Krispy Kreme. I feel like they have gotten smaller though. One bite and it's gone. As you can see, before I could even take a picture some were eaten! We tried a 4 pack of the minis which were okay. Just the same as the regular really. They are super sweet. I wish we were still in the day where every box came out warm.
