Donuts were delicious and as expected with others Krispy Kreme places. Inside it was busy but service was good. Dinning area was small but we made due with the seating available. Got to see the donuts being made but the windows could have been better cleaned. Overall a good experience. This Krispy Kreme location is located in Winter Park, Florida. It is extremely busy. However the customer service is lacking. The employees make the doughnuts with their eyes closed. The presentation is horrible. We ordered raspberry filled doughnuts which were hardly filled. You bite more than half the doughnut and still don't get any filling. Krispy Kreme can do better. I visited Valentines Day, and it was so full line where going out the door. I know it was going to be a long wait, but there was a big problem they had people coming in and jumping to the front of the line. The employee of the front told them that they needed to wait in the line just like everyone else, but they refused, and they were still taken care of before us I. Also had a coupon for 2 dozen of any doughnuts for $18.99. I was charged $32. When I realized this, I was already 40 minutes away. I tried calling the store all day to let them know about the problem. And no one answered. So I had to drive back to get my money back. And when I told the manager about the problem. He had a really bad attitude about it. And just simply gave me the money and my hand. I will never visit this place again. They also have about three tables to eat at, and all of them are filthy.
