I would like to tell everyone that I went there today, 2/11/24, and used the A Grades for Donuts strategy. It works but the limit is 4 donuts instead of 6 (which I saw on social media). Was a nice warm, relatively light, and tasty batch of donuts. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Went there bc it was the free dozen donuts day. That was my first time at any Krispy Kreme. SERVICE: I have no clue what transpired, tbh. Went to the counter and asked if the free dozen deal is still available. The dude said no. Like, what??? It litrerally said on your site and the app that it is. Then, for some reasons, he said that it was still on. ??? Anyway, I asked to clarify that if I ordered any set of dozens that the deal would still apply. He seemed confused. Then he went on to explain, FINALLY, that the free dozen consists of plain donuts only. Wow, you could have just said that. Anyway, got my 2 dozens and went to pay. I ordered a drink and waited for it to be made. Then he asked for a code and I thought he meant the coupon code. He said no. Then later, he said it's the phone number because he already applied the code to my order. Like what the what??? Did I just enter the Matrix or something? 10 minutes went by, still nothing. The dude looked at me a couple times while he was working with other customers but said nothing. Finally, a nice lady came by and asked me what I was waiting for and she made it for me... on the coffee machine that was literally right behind the checkout counter. This dude was supposed to make it for me and he just didn't. Like dude, have I done something to hurt you? That was the strangest exchange I had ever had in my life. I just wanted some donuts, man. Anyway, I don't know what the general service is like but my interaction was less than pleasant and that dude sucks. FOOD: I think it's fine? People kept telling me to try it because it's better than Dunkin but I can't tell the difference tbh. Maybe the donuts are thinner, smaller, and softer and that makes it easier to digest. The Bavarian cream at Dunkin is better. The texture is a bit more nuanced than the one-note softness at Dunkin so it's more interesting and fun to eat. They freeze well, however. Nothing to write home about. It's... donuts? ATMOSPHERE; Nice and spacious. Clean. It smells good bc of the baked goods. Really disappointed with the service. This shop is 30 mins away and it's the closest one to me. I don't think the food and service merit a second visit. I'll stick with Dunkin for now. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Oh, my, my, my... "HOT NOW" means we have to have some NOW, right?! Soooooo, good when it's "HOT NOW." Just melts in your mouth like a cotton candy! Great service and clean bathroom also! Came in on a rainy day, since the hot sign was on and got some hot doughnuts! So soft and yummy. The place is pretty clean they were making orders and taking care of customers. The pumpkin cake doughnut was pretty good. Half is plenty and husband had other half. Great customer service love being greeted. I feel like it’s such a small thing but it makes a difference. Good job workers good job. Doughnuts good, coffee could use a little work kind of bitter, but add a little cream and sugar from the doughnut and not so bad.

Ohhhhh Krispey Kreme, how you tease me with the HOT lights as I drive past. I had no choice, but to make a prompt, yet reasoned judgement to stop and pick up a dozen donuts to go. I was throughly impressed with how clean your counters are this morning. Please keep it up. I still cannot order your coffee without having to add shots of espresso to it because it is brewed so weak. HOWEVER, your hot glaced donuts will always pull the strings of my heart. 😄

What a manic Friday July 15th anniversary for KRISPY KREME! 2hrs wait but got one of the last orders of the night! No way to know who the mgr was but we watched a guy in a blue shirt answer the phone & hang up as he walked back into the office door. Then, in walks PWC's 🚔 finest, to make sure the day ends smoothly!😀 Gotta love those Fresh & Hot BOGO's!!

Have had doughnuts from that brand many times but it was my very first time inside of one of those stores. You can see live action of doughnut making process and it does not get as fresh as that. Tons of options as well.
