I bought a dozen valentine and a dozen football ones for the super bowl yesterday. The day of the super bowl, my hubby went to bite into one of the football ones only to discover none of them had been filled. I contacted the manager, Skip, and he apologized and gave us a new assorted dozen. Thank you for the excellent service. We will definitely be back. I love donuts and I love this place. It was such a great add to the Summerville area. When you see that red sign light up you know you are in for a delicious treat!! My go to’s are always the strawberry and jelly donut. I also love all the specials they have. Always something new to try!! Beware online ordering. If they do not have what you ordered available, they will just choose whatever they have, instead of attempting to contact the customer and see what they would like for replacement. Then, when you reach out to let them know that you are dissatisfied, they reply with no attempt to gather more information. Instead, you receive a voucher for a free dozen glazed donuts that’s good for 6 months. Somehow that offer doesn’t seem to match up to the over $70 I spent to not get what I ordered. Went on Christmas Eve. We were very thankful they were open. Even left The young lady a nice tip for being there for us when we were craving Krispy Kreme on Christmas Eve. I love that Krispy Kreme honors student by giving them a donut for each A. It's like we're receiving cash back on our regularly purchased full price dozen. Everytime I come here through the drive thru, everyone has a horrible attitude. I love Krispy Kreme but I hate coming here because of all of the employees. The girl with glasses and red hair had a nasty attitude I just wanted to tell her maybe this isn’t the right job for you. The time before that the girl at the window got into a fight with the car in front of me and I sat there for 20 mins waiting for my order. Hire some better staff. Cold lopsided hard doughnuts with a price tag of nearly $20. Lately this location has drastically dipped in quality!! I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied!!! I will no longer spend my money here!!

Was horrible. Didn't give correct change took long time to find someone to open register. Donuts lookd not great. I won't go there again
