Worst pizza ever. For $24.73 we got barely any sausage, many slices did not even have 1 piece of sausage, there was no sauce under the cheese at all, there was barely any cheese, and we paid extra for fresh garlic and there was no garlic on the pizza whatsoever. Crust was overdone too. Also, I felt something weird stuck to the roof of my mouth, it turned out to be a small piece of plastic. Thank God I didn't swallow it. We haven't been here for months because we weren't happy last time but this time the food was even worse. I didn't think it was possible to get worse but I was wrong. We used to be regulars for years but then ownership changed and quality steadily went down. I advise avoiding the Kelsey Roadhouse, the food keeps getting worse. New owners, 😀 making great improvements 😁. This squirrel 🐿️ and momma squirrel gave this place a re-vist after a long break and couldn't be more happy. We've been back twice and brought friends, who LOVE it. Keep up to grrat work. Key loves. 1. Basement is SO COOL 😎. I love the old vibe and character. The bar tender is a great guy (USMC) and knows how to treat people well. 2. Main floor has 3 distinct vibes. Bar 🍻, inside dinning, 4 season room. 3. The new and improved outdoor dinning. Huge open area for your Dog 🐶, kids, and 🐿️. With games, seating and beer 🍺. 4. Pinball games! 5. Cool merch, shirts hoods and more. Again it's a work in progress with the NEW owners. GREAT JOB! If you need an investor to help I'm interested (wish I had real money). The place has something for everyone, blue collar, white collar, beer drinkers, old timers, and gentrification crew. I'm interested to see what happens with the top floor. Give them a chance and support! Came here for a family dinner. We had a party of 10 and were able to come in and sit right down. We tried a variety of appetizers, the fried pickles were my favorite. I ordered a Ruben with the house chips. The sandwich was really good, the chips were too but I would've like kettle chips better! We had a great experience with our server she was very attentive. This was our first time at this lovely gem of a place. First, the basement is about the coolest thing since sliced bread. It was decorated for Valentine's Day and was super cute. My kids loved that it looks like a castle on the outside. Our server Josh was awesome and so patient with my kids. Service was fast and really top notch. The food was awesome. Sloppy Joe was fabulous. Sweet potato fries were great. The pretzel and mustard was phenomenol. I got a pot pie to go so will have to update once I try it. Definitely recommend this place for a great family meal. Oh and moms, try the mama needs a break cocktail its wonderful! I was pleasantly suprised! This place has been around for years and with new owners decided to try the pizza and gald I did! Great thin crust, wonderful sauce, and fresh toppings... added bonus they had taco samples. Will definitely be back to try the fish fry and some of those tacos we sampled. Went with my bestie, we shared the nachos and had soup. We had a lovely server, her name was Aubrey. She was raised well, great manners and an old soul. Pizza was good but we didn't notice the difference between thin and extra thin. The Mac and cheese was good but missing flavor. Do not get the pepperoni as it is not worth the 2 dollar extra charge. The turkey club and panini were good as my grandparents had no complaints on the matter. The bar downstairs is so cool looking but the upstairs I feel they do not know what to do with their image as it didn't make sense with the downstairs. Came in for lunch with my uncle. I had no idea Kelsey's had home cut fries!! They were SO good. I got the soup and salad combo. The soup was creamy chicken and rice and was thick and creamy and tasted phenomenal, along with homemade croutons on the salad. The bartender Emily was a delight. Not only was she on top of keeping my glass full, she provided a fun and welcoming vibe for anyone who bellied up to the bar. They gave away our table which the gm made up for it offering the first round of drinks free, which were also very good (very nice of them). Food took about an hour 20. We ordered some apps (nachos and fried pickles), which were the best part of the meal. There were so few pickles we had to cut them so our group of 7 could at least try 1. Ordered 2 large pizzas which had absolutely no flavor. Loved the hospitality. Everyone working was extremely kind. Also, great decorations and atmosphere. Food needs some improvement. Went today for my birthday. Made reservations for 2 pm. Waited over an hour for our food. Our food arrived room temperature and missing 2 sides we ordered. We kept hearing from multiple team members that " the kitchen was slammed" and it was so busy. It was moderately busy, at best. And, customers really don't care and want a good experience.
