Our first time here! LOVE IT! The place decor it is just beautiful! The workers were very nice and friendly. I had strawberry roll ice cream with two toppings “fresh blueberries” & “cheesecake bites” it was delicious, I should gotten a bigger cup 😋. The peaches ñ cream with pecans snowflakes was good. They have many Ice cream flavors, toppings and fresh fruits. If you LOVE ice cream; you will love this place. It is right downtown Valdosta. You will not regret visiting! We definitely be back!

Update: I have updated from four to five stars after a recent visit. I highly recommend the cheesecake flavor.i got cheesecake with caramel sauce, strawberries, and Kit Kats. It was precisely the ice cream experience I wanted. I am looking forward to going back and iterating on my cheesecake order ☺️ Old Review: Went twice. I think it's good stuff. I got the s'mores one the first time around with cookie dough and cheesecake bites. I got strawberry shortcake the second time. Staff was friendly. I think it's a shame the rolls of ice cream get covered by the toppings. The ice cream does a good job of capturing the flavor experience they're going for and the abundance of toppings makes for a flavorful experience. I feel like the ice cream itself isn't super rich and I kinda wish it was. Make sure you get toppings and syrup! Atmosphere inside was nice and the wait was not bad like other rolled ice cream places I've been. Overall, a good ice cream place worth trying!

I have ordered coconut cream. It was good and tasty. The only thing that I can say negatively is that it is a little pricey. $6 for the small size. We go there every weekend. Last time I ordered chocolate and coffee. It was really delicious… it’s still pricey. One of the reasons I prefer there is they use less sugar.

Our kids love this place! Lots to choose from with flavors and toppings. A small or large cup include 3 toppings. The prices are high compared to a DQ, with a small cup being $5.99. We love the location and the downtown Valdosta area. The staff is always pleasant and we have never really had a long wait.

I give this place two stars because I like the concept. However, the girl behind the counter was not very friendly and the pricing is outrageous for what you get. For two large ice cream cups we paid $15. Yes, the toppings were good, but the ice cream was bland. The atmosphere is very loud with the echo of the paint scraper chopping up crackers and other hard items. The table was very wobbly and the dining area was not clean. Not worth the headache or the money in my opinion. We won't be going back.

The rolled ice cream was most excellent, the employees mixed the mix-ins perfectly, crushing all the cookies into small bits. Customer service was off the charts. Clean and fresh. Highly recommend!

Good product, fair price and a excellent customer service. The reason they get the 5 stars when I got to the place 20min before they close and already clean the blender and they still make me a milkshake. I advise to others restaurants and different to take note specially on Valdosta this is what a excellent customer service looks like. Thank you very much to the employees on Kreamkles of Valdosta for a job well done.

It was pretty good. I've definitely had better but this place is WITH OUT A DOUBT the best in Valdosta!! So if you are stuck in this town or passing through, give it a shot.

Cute, clean place. Giving 3 stars because of the service. Two young girls were sitting in the lobby as I walked up with my niece on their phones. I watched them watch us walk in and give a dirty look, and then they smirked and giggled as we walked in. Neither of them smiled or showed any positive attitude for the entire visit to us nor the other family that walked in. Felt like more of a burden than a valued customer.
