We met Linda and David (Krantz) during a trip abroad a few years ago and we hit it off right away. After we discovered they had a bakery in Sweden, I had made a joke to my partner and said that one day we would go and visit them in Sweden as the pictures of their breads, croissants and other cakes on social media looked really really tasty! So as we were in Copenhagen, we decided to make a one day trip in Sweden to taste their work products (and say hi ;-)). And here we go : one of the best croissants eaten outside of France (says a French lady ;-)) and even much better than the vast majority of croissants baked in France nowadays. Excellent pastries and biscuits too. Large choice of very nice (and obviously good!) breads. In short: a big thank you Linda and David for this little baker's paradise in Sweden 🙂 (Special mention for the eat local philosophy they have and which we totally relate to). We will be back!
Incredible cardamom buns. Every item in the bakery is done to the highest standards. 😋
The croissants are much better than the real French ones in France! French bakeries seems lost the recepies

Very good bread
Godaste fikabrödet på länge. Hallongrottorna var helt perfekt ”krispiga”. Kolakakorna med lite havssalt smälte i munnen och smaken låg kvar länge efter😋.
