Good bakeries and dessert, good price, service was the best especially to employee named Farah. She’s really sweet and polite. She assisted us with selecting macarons flavour and gift packaging and think that she deserve an appraisal for that. Definitely will come again for a quick eateries session

Friday 3:30 pm. Staff lelaki muka masam. I asked him politely to reheat the bun. He left the bun and continuously serve customer with his annoyed face even when other staff have come to the cashier counter. We wait for about 20 minutes. When he came he didn’t even say sorry. He just say ‘roti panas sikit’ with his annoyed face. This is not panas sikit. You can see clearly it’s burned!. Komugi staff should attend customer service courses or any related courses.

staff at macaroon section was snooby. one of the staff saw me waiting to order but still chatting with his friend and then another staff looked at me and my friend in disgust when ask to change to different macaroon because it was small. food was good but staff should be better.

"I recently visited komugi and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and delicious pastries they offer. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the staff. They were knowledgeable about their products and took the time to answer all of my questions.

A bit dissapointed with the store as it is dirty (tables have stained, food pieces on the floor) and there are flies at the tables, plus the butter cheese bun is so hard and not chewable at all as if it has been reheated several times already.
