I was craving a potato egg and cheese kolache this morning and I’m out way out of town, we stopped at this Kolache Factory. The kolaches I received were not just egg and potato, but had a salsa added to it - more ranchero. I tasted like it had zero cheese and I did not like the salsa. When I went back in to say I had ordered the plain potato egg and cheese - they first agreed this was ranchero, but after said no this is our potato egg and cheese. When I said this is not consistent with other Kolache Factories, the guy behind the counter just said sorry. Didn’t even try to fix the issue. I was VERY disappointed…all I wanted was a cheesy potato and egg Kolache that I’ve had at other KFs many times before! Oh and of course - they didn’t have any plain egg and cheese.
