We ordered via Grab and generally the bread was fresh and tasty. However, the mini Swiss rolls turned out to be really small; more like micro Swiss rolls. Other than that the buns were soft and nice where sandwich bread was also good. The pumpkin bun had a sweet filling. Hopefully they can increase the size of the mini Swiss rolls for the price charged

Very good customer service and great cakes with reasonable prices. They messed up one of my cake flavours but took full responsibility and offered me a new one for another day. Very happy with companies that value and take care of their customers. Hard to find places like this these days. My family and I will continue supporting this business for as long as possible.
Also, cakes are delicious and the mermaid designed cake is highly recommended. Cakes are designed to perfection and same quality every time. Even the decorations are edible and the cakes aren’t too sweet!

The staff today were rly rude to me.. past few times visited not this staff. She’s quite big size. When I entered to show her my order for collection, she had an irritated look on her face. No welcome or whatsoever. After realising my cake had not arrived due to driver delay to their shop, she simply said “oh it’s not my fault, I also don’t know what time driver will arrive” no sorry no look of apology.
I’m not here to blame anyone, I was supposed to collect my cake at 11am. It was already 11:45, the least u could do was call the driver for me?
Hopefully kobo do smth about the service from her. I saw a similar comment on a “fat” girl from another customer and I suspect it’s the same cashier
Kobo has great buns and reasonable price cakes. If service can be improved, it would be awesome.

Certainly the staff has attitude problem, especially that fat girl...
And...after reading your reply, just to clarify that FAT is not a shame. It was used to identify the one who showed not friendly in your shop. No "welcome" when customer step in, No "thank you" even I purchased and made payment. Perhaps we are not really welcomed. Please tell us if your staffs are having bad mood of the day, we shall skip your shop for being treated like this. Certainly it was not a disrespect or humiliation, but a consumer doesn't deserve to be showing a "mad face".
With added noted, I have no discrimination about body shape. It's only people who thinks Fat is ugly and Skinny is pretty, is possibly a criticism and appraisal to him/her.

To the management, might want to check with your central kitchen. Baby cockroach found inside. Feeling quite eeky atm. Lady at counter was nice enough to exchange, but kinda think more needs to be done not to let this happen again.

I ordered their cake through their Kobo app around one week ago, the cake was tasty, layers combined well. Not too sweet, palatable for elderly people and kids. However, there are room for improvements for the app (i.e notifications, improved topup functions) and to put more attention on the spelling written on the cake.
