This is always my goto at lunch I eat here almost 3-4 times a week it’s convenient and the food is great. I order the same thing every single day today I step in and asked how something else was made and got a complete attitude from the girl at the counter. Noticed that the Dad wasn’t in the back he usually greets me almost every time he sees me but he was not there today. I asked what kind of bowls they have and the girl said w.e is on the menu I said can I get an Italian she said with all the dressings I said yes. They bring me the box NO silverware I open the top it’s meat cheese and tomato just tossed in the box No dressings I said it’s dry ? She said rudely you didn’t ask for any dressing I said yeah I did I don’t want to eat a dry salad she looks at me again rudely and says
“ it’s NOT a salad. I probably spend close to $45 a week here and I don’t expect red carpet treatment but I’d like to think a little customer service wouldn’t be much to ask for. I usually don’t leave reviews but today wasn’t the day. I ate my horribly made “ Not a salad any way

I eat at this place an easy 2-3 times a week I came in on 3/5/24 and the girl at the counter was extremely rude. I don’t care that you work for mommy & daddy I give my $ and business to you and expect a little respect. Mommy and daddy were not there assisting this is why the food sucked and attitude was given. I will have at least 5 ppl leave a bad review due to poor customer service.
