I've been going here for at least four years. I just love Kneaders! The food is always fresh the menu changes a little bit according to the seasons. I have Shared about this wonderful place more than once and I have nothing but great things to say about it. The other wonderful thing is you can't beat their prices. It's fast food without being fried fast foods. So you get excellent quality and very healthy food. Parking is good. They have some outside seating if you enjoy that during the good weather. Also you can buy gift items that change often. I keep hoping that they will come to Pueblo! I'm glad I go to Denver often! Thank you for your time, enjoy! FYI, this store was not busy. This was my first visit, and I can honestly say that I'm incredibly underwhelmed/disappointed by the service, food, and atmosphere. I stood at the counter while 3 employees ignored me. No one was manning the walk-in register, nor did anyone call for help after they saw/ignored me. The woman working the drive thru was busy fulfilling an order, but she ignored me the 3 times she passed by me. She finally said she'd help me in a minute. The menu board stated you could get a 1/2 sandwich. Yet nowhere on the menu board did it state that it was only a select few sandwiches that could be ordered this way. The food was fresh, albeit bland. Heavy on the bread, which I expected as it's literally in their name. The atmosphere reminded me of a cross between a Panera bread knockoff and La Madeline's. Overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Between being ignored to not bring able to order a 1/2 sandwich, it's a hard pass. the wait is always long even when nobody is behind you in the drive-thru line and nobody is in the lobby. I've dined in and went through the drive-thru and the wait was a little unreasonable every time. And then to add to the disappointment, the chicken salad on a croissant came out super thin with no filling and just a bunch of lettuce. Went through the drive-thru on our way home after a procedure and didn't want to stop in anywhere. Ordered two muffin tops and two ham egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. They have a croissant breakfast sandwich listed on the menu, so I thought I was getting a sandwich and not a croissant. The receipt did not mention croissant. Maybe I am mistaken, but it's confusing for the patron if you have both listed and "you get what you get." I was surprised by the muffin top. It was soft, moist, and delicious. It's not something I'd regularly order, but it was good! The croissant was flat, oily (which is why I didn't want a croissant), and a too flaky. Would have been a mess trying to eat that without a fork! The cheese was meaningless as I didn't even notice it. The ham was too salty for my liking. After ordering at the menu, we drove up to the window and waited quite some time for anyone to come up. I guess here they wait until your order is ready before they ask for payment. The only thing the person who handed me the bag and took payment said was, "Do you want a receipt?" Overall, it was a forgettable experience, and I probably won't go back anytime soon. I always go in to Kneaders around.the holidays for pumpkin bread for gifts for friends. Not only is the cost reasonable, but the bread is the best I've ever had!! All of their baked good, rolls and breads are the best. The service is always excellent and very friendly and helpful as well. They have great salads too!! Great place!! I come in as a Dasher and the amount of attitude I get here is pretty large. The workers seem extremely entitled, but one is pretty fair and neutral. Kudos to you. Do better to the others - maybe practice gratitude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I’ve been here for dine in and drive through and it always takes a very long to get our order. They usually are always out of things also. Our lunch sandwiches were great but we just ordered breakfast sandwiches for the first time and it took so long and the sandwiches are tiny. Omg I just literally watched my favorite all time Manager Savannah quit. She was trying to explain her reasons why while the rest of the gross staff laughed at her! My husband just left an review while we were waiting for our food and had trouble editing it. When we got our food and pastries we did not receive the correct order for our pastries.. we had to get back in line to have them correct it and add a single slice of bread because for whatever reason my soup did not come with one.. we were charged 1.07 for the bread which we then had to wait over 5mins to get A SINGLE SLICE OF BREAD... when we finally were given the bread it was given to us on a plate even though the rest of our food was to go I had to ask for a bag for it and was given no apology or anything for the mistake or the wait... horrible customer service would not recommend to anyone... hopefully the food is decent we will find out soon. Update: got back to the house and noticed that the cheddar cheese I asked was actually shredded and our portions sizes were different. There was no communication with the cashier who took our order. We are from Minnesota and wanted to try Kneaders because everyone said to try it!? We leave tomorrow and would not recommend this place to our family that lives in Colorado!
