The food was spectacular! I got peanut sauce with pork, and everything was cooked to perfection. My husband got "cashew" something, and it had great flavor (there's some sort of fish sauce flavor in it, though). Service was decent. The place could use some serious updates, but it was definitely clean. We will absolutely visit again. Kluay Kluay Thai Restaurant is not fancy, but the food was delicious. The Tom Kha Kai was a perfect blend of flavors, veggies and chicken and the beef Pad Thai was equally flavorful, with plenty of noodles and thinly sliced portions of perfectly cooked beef. Again, Kluay Kluay is a simple, "strip mall" Thai restaurant, but everything was fresh, hot and delicious. Highly recommend. I should have come back sooner! We each had two courses and took some home for $40 w a good tip. It was excellent. Fast service, tasty, good portions, good sized shrimp (Massaman Curry), good sized pineapple in the pineapple fried rice. We also had Som Tom w grated papayas and Tom Yum soup. Well be back for future quick, casual, healthy meals out (or takeout). Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Pretty decent Thai place! Food is fairly authentic for a Thai place. I have had better but this one feels like a Thai mom cooking for you. Advice when it comes to the spice level: They have four levels: Mild, Medium, Spicy, Thai Spicy. These are definitely calibrated to the levels of someone not used to eating spicy foods. If you're looking for spiciness akin to traditional Thai, Korean, or Szechaun foods, then you'll want to order the Thai Spicy level. Go with 3 if you want to play it safe. I selected this restaurant because it was nearby, rated excellent and was not burgers and fries. This establishment was at the end of a strip mall and the run down exterior matched the rather run down interior, and the service is slow... However... Everything else is excellent. The spring rolls. The pineapple curry. The rice. Everything. They did NOT use canned pineapple in the pineapple curry. They have 4 levels of spicy, and I chose the third level which was an appropriate level whereby specifically I sweated and cleared my sinuses. The prices were excellent to the portions. Highly recommended. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Super clean interior is nondescript, but no one is going for the interior. The food is fantastic and the portions are large— almost ludicrously so. Seriously, just go. This is one of those places where you're going to be a regular after one visit. Pad Thai was delicious. My husband got a curry that he really liked. Will go again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This was my second visit to Kluay Kluay, and I can surely say I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Panang curry with the Thai tea. Both of them were delicious. The spices can go really strong, so be careful of what you ask for. My friend got the fried chicken dish that almost tasted like orange chicken. Loved her dish too. would come back here for sure.

So much went wrong here that I don't even know where to begin. It took over 3 minutes to be recognized upon entry. We chose our seats and it took about 7 minutes for the waters to come out. They were short staffed as one girl was waiting on all of the tables. The veggie spring rolls were almost edible...the wrapping was super chewy. The coconut soup was not good at all as the quality of the ingredients were subpar. There was a spice or something that made it sour and the smell of it made my mother gag. The garlic beef was basically beef with broccoli and was not spicy as requested and had little to no flavor at all. My mother's pad Thai tasted like it was smothered in tomato paste and she had to cover it with a napkin because it made her nauseous. The waitress never asked how the food was nor did she notice we left everything on the plate. I have no clue how this place is operating as a Thai restaurant--I rarely give scores this bad but wow! nothing went right here. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
