This is my home store. I always shop at night during the last hour they're open. The lady night manager is always very friendly and so is the younger fella that works the express checkout area. He always says "thank you for shopping with us". He is good at his job. The store is usually always in stock for what I need and it's always a pleasant experience. Great job!
I practically shops here 3-4 times a week. I find it convenient after I drop my grandkids to school at Douglas County. This morning before 9 am, I had a problem with one of the registers, a middle aged woman watching the self service registers skipped me from behind to help the young white woman just happened having trouble too. After she helped the young lady another white guy needed help on the other side of me who just got there. I decided to used different register and she never came to assist me. After I paid my groceries, I passed by her and told her, “Thank you for NOT helping me”. She responded as, “You’re welcome!” By the way, I am an old Asian woman but my money is no difference than those white people.
This is my favorite local King Soopers. Fabulous selection. I especially love some of the pre-seasoned ready to cook meat items they have for when I don't want to prep/plan for a meal.
Diane is the worst!!! Thought the first two negative interactions at my local store with her were one offs. Today took the cake and will be remembered forever!
Not worth a darn, went in to grab some emeprazol capsules. Out of 15 different brands, they only stock tablets. Should have gone anywhere else, they are in stocks. Y'all Hava Goodun
This store has been going downhill for years. It appears they are more interested in selling alcohol than groceries. The product selection has been dropping for years and it really dropped when they started selling alcohol. The store is too crowded and is rarely fully stocked, unless you want beer or wine. As a result, I usually end up goong somewhere else to finish my shopping.
Apparently this store does not bag your groceries. The checker took my reusable bags that I handed to him and pushed them bag past the conveyor belt and made no attempt to bag. I began bagging my groceries and in hast, he finished checking and immediately told me the amount. I told him I had to "bag" and could not put in my credit card. He just stood there looking at me. I commented that I was surprised that king soopers did not bag groceries for customers yet Safeway still does. He then commented that employees and customers may bag their groceries and then proceeded to ask if I "needed help bagging" my groceries. If I wanted self check out, I would have gone there. Poor customer service.
