Upon entering the store, the smell of donuts was delightful. The lady working at the counter was friendly and had a great personality. I bought a Dozen Apple Fritters. They were gigantic and beautiful in color. The taste took me back to the old bakery's in the 70's. The whole experience was memorable. I had Apple Fritters for a solid week. And they tasted as good as they did the day I bought them. They are closed on Mondays . Open on Tues at 5:00 am. Which 5 am is the best time to purchase.
Very good variety and tasty donuts, but just one complaint...PLEASE make more cream cheese turn-overs, every time I visit there is only 1-2 left or none. I ask if more are going to be made, (I'll wait) and the answer is no. I'm always in there before 9 am, but guess the cut-off for making them is before that.
Love this place. Very friendly staff. Donuts are always fresh. I use to run a donut shop and the reason they only make so many of each donut which typically goes on sale of what and how many are bought on particular days. Thats because if they don't sell the donuts they make then they have tons of waste. You don't want a stale donut from yesterday do you? So they make so many and that way when someone comes in and wants one thing that is sold out they will purchase what they have left. It keeps the donuts fresh and waste down. The donuts are pricey however just thank the economy for that.. They are one of the friendliest and kindest people I have had to opportunity to meet. They want to make good donuts and fresh. Dunkin donuts and Krispy K is disgusting barely ever has anything and always stale. Never met a worker there with any type of personality beside just bothered your there. Believe me this is the place to go for donuts.
