Ordered food 30 minutes prior to arriving and was told the order had not been sent through! Manager told the worker to have me reorder the food again as if i didn’t have kids waiting for over and hour and other food in the car getting cold! Been here several times over the past few years and they never disappoint. Seated promptly by the friendly host. Restaurant was clean and orderly. Server was very attentive and helpful. We went on Valentine’s Day, and of course expected a wait which was fine by us. The food was good other than my overcooked lobster. The service was non existent. We waited after eating a good 30 mins for our check. We never had our server check in our offer refills on our drinks. Once I received the check too another 15 minutes for them to come pick it up so I could pay. To my surprise I was double charged $176 on my bank statement. I know I spent that but twice no way. Food was overall pretty good. Service on the other hand sucked. Id probably never come back for that specific reason. We came in Valentines day expecting it to be super packed and it surprisingly wasnt. We came in early enough that there was only 2 or 3 tables. It started getting packed around 5:45. we got done eating right before 6 they picked up our plates we had to ask 4 different times to get our server to bring our check. apart from never once coming to ask if we were ok needed any refills or anything. We ultimately had to wait a whole hour AFTER we ate, just to get our check. we literally couldve got up and left without paying, thats how inattentive they were. the price wouldve been fine had the service been even the tiniest bit better. Edit: We just got out bank statements back and our total was $75 something, we were charged a total of $151 ?! this is ridiculous.
