Amazing spot, to get here you need to follow the signs that say viewpoint, we were going around by motorbike and just saw the sign and thought on stopping by, when you get to the end of the signs you’ll see on top some kind of houses and that’s it you’ll just go up the stairs and you’ll find this amazing spot that has been constructed by this very friendly man who also sells drinks at an amazing and fair price. There are some of the best views here from Koh Phangan and then you can sit or lie down yourself and enjoy your drink with a lovely and calm music. This place really deserves high ratings because you can see that was made with love. You can also enjoy nature here, a variety of different birds and animals you can hear and see.
Fantastic spot for a view of Chalok Lam beach bay. We sat and watched the sunsetting behind the mountains and it was stunning. Getting there is not too difficult on a moped. It's quite steep getting up and after a small bumpy path you arrive at a sign saying that the path ahead is not great. I'd recommend leaving your moped here and walking as it's not far. Plus the walk is very beautiful as you approach the bar. Cold beers and a bit of Koh Phangan's finest is available ;)

Hidden little viewpoint which offers a stunning view! A great place to chill while you're looking over Chaloklum. We spent the entire afternoon here enjoying the view from the hammocks. After the short but steep road to the viewpoint, you can buy refreshments like beer, coke and water.
The view was not bad, but our mood was spoiled by a little boy who immediately came to ask us if we wanted a can of coke or a beer. There was a sign saying the coke costs 50 baht, but the boy wanted 100 baht. So I said I don't want it then. The boy took a can of coke and hit my boyfriend on the head, showed us middle finger and then left… It was really weird experience…

One of the more out of the way viewpoints.. a bumpy dirt road and a steep climb up steps on the side of a mountain. But you’re rewarded with a very special, not at all crowded observation deck overlooking Malibu beach and Chaloklum. And if you’re lucky the owner will see you and run up to serve you a beer, and his son will wave goodbye to you as you leave. This is why I love Koh Phangan.
There are signs that say “viewpoint” all along the way that there put there by the restaurant owner himself. This is a locally owned, built and run place. There are even signs to tell you when the road gets to bad so better to walk (unless you are confident enough to drive). The top was beautiful and not such a long walk to get there. Better to go in the late afternoon 3pm onwards so the path has more shade.
Lovely, hidden, gem in Koh Phangan. Nice and quite. After a short and enjoyable hike you can rest in a hammock enjoying the sound of the birds with the amazing view.
Best view from a high mountain, challenging to reach, but it was worth it considering the people you get to know there. Highly recommended for motorbikes, open mind and people who want to get to understand thai culture in this amazing island

I left my bike like 600 meters away from the view point because the road is so steep. But views are worth to climb
