A lovely spot in Bukhara, great terrace to people watch. Waiter is really nice. Cappacino was excellent, ginger tea excellent. Sign outside says Khalva Book Cafe - and it really is a perfect spot to sit with your book and watch the world go by.

I liked the place, the coffee and other drinks were special especially the gulab= rose coffee. The service is very good Meer Kamal was so polite and patient in answering our questions.

Really chill place! Recommend to escape from the heat of the afternoon. Good airconditioning, fast Wi-Fi, friendly young man with good English. Prices decent, 15% service fee.

The soup! The vibrant colours of the veggies translate into the perfect vegetable/ meat broth. The cake was also tasty and the young team working there really sweet and friendly. Plus simple but lovely interiors and nice terrace to observe people strolling the streets.

It’s a very cozy and nice place, one of the best cafes in Bukhara. We have been there about a week ago, when it has not been even marked on the Google maps and regretted that it had been discovered by us too late, during our last day in the city. Although the prices may be relatively high, the place worth it. Homemade cakes are amazing. Hope to return back one day!

Very nicely decorated cafe with a great view to a beautiful square from its terrace. Apart from coffee and tea they serve soups, sandwiches and a few main dishes and desserts. The staff is very kind. Only the toilet should be cleaner.

I came because they advertised “Korean food” but disappointed that it wasn’t available so I ordered a soup and a smoothie. Average food and not-so-tasty smoothie. The smoothie tasted like old fruits. Nice decorations.

Although I really would like to give this place a better score, as the team seems very passionate about their work, some aspects just fall flat on their back.
The noodle soup was just not all that - very little vegetables and a tasteless broth. A 20 minute wait for a cappuccino is just not acceptable...
Still, I'd like to mention that the setting is cozy with a nice view on the mosque square, and a refreshing breeze to battle those hot days. With a bit of tuning, this place could become a true contender. Good luck! 👍

My most favourite chilling place in Bukhara!
Good location in the old city, accessible prices, yummy food and beverages, friendly staff.
Love the view from the terrace.
