Jared and Heather were unbelievably awesome. We come strolling in a little late and they still allowed us to order our food and we’re super friendly and very nice to us. Jared is awesome! He treats people with class and works hard to be a servant to his clients, and is always cleaning and keeping the tables and the people satisfied. He always goes above and beyond, and is extremely friendly. He's a great person! I've been stopping by and eating at the KFC at 720 E Front Street in Traverse City, Michigan for the past year and the food is extremely delicious! John, Christina, and Julio are so nice and hard working, and we just love the friendly atmosphere! Thank you KFC for having such nice and kind people to serve us! My family and I stopped in for dinner on Wednesday and had a great experience at this location. It was a slower time and an employee, by the name of Jared, came out and cleared our table and asked if we needed anything. I have never had that happen at a fast food restaurant but Jared went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a pleasant one. Totally unexpected and just awesome. Good on you, Jared! Worker randomly walked away as we were telling her our order, and we had to remind the workers that we were still there after waiting (patiently/politely) for 20 minutes. She said she forgot...
