Had a very pleasant experience..I arrived just as they got several huge orders , back to back.. The crew was really hustling to get these and my orders filled , meanwhile the manager was very professional at rallying her team to getting the job done..everyone there very kind and working together..to make this KFC awsome... This is not the first time order here food was good.but every time make the order severing people never pay attention.evry time short of something.I order 12 pcs budget & only give 11 and the muffins only gat 4 .and don't given any sauce or ketchup. If you hire someone who working there and don't know how to count.I will suggest get some training OMG!!!👎👎👎👎

Wish I could give no stars. Order a 3pc dinner and my food smells horrible almost as if it is spoiled. The meat on the chicken was very translucent and not well cooked. Went through the drive-thru, felt rushed, and the employee working the microphone came across as snappy. Didn't even get to order the sides I wanted as she picked them for me. I wanted extra sauces... not today, Satan. Of more importance, though, was the size of the supposed chicken tenders. The tenders were no bigger than the size of two quarters. I ordered the 6 tenders combo, but what I got was a 4 piece overly large nuggets. Not cool, KFC. The large drink is smaller than anticipated as well. I would prefer more non-sugar drink options. Two choices is still better than some places. KFC, let's agree to do better and I'll give you another chance. Just had to share my experience at this KFC from earlier today (Sunday 2:53pm). The dining room was immaculate (the tables, floors, windows… even the glass light fixtures over the tables were spotless). The employees were pleasant and the young man who took our order was very professional. Our order was ready much more quickly than we were anticipating. Best of all, the food was excellent! Would not take my order in drive-thru. Had to use online. Could not pickup my order in drive-thru. Had to come inside. Ordered plates and utensils with my 8-piece family meal. We've used KFC for large family gatherings a lot over the last month due a family members illness. The last 3 times we ordered the food was wrong, incorrectly prepared or missing from the bags...no straws, napkins, sauces etc. When you call the number to speak with someone the phone is off the hook. Called corporate to complain and that was an absolute nightmare. It took so much of my time to go over everything with 'Lisa' and then she told me I had to be connected to another dept to get a refund. Once transferred, the call was dropped. Terrible service at store level and corporate as well. We will find another restaurant as a source from now on. As an add on...I asked for a manager or district rep to contact me when I spoke to corporate and all I've heard is CRICKETS so far!! It's been long enough.
