You're better off going to royal Castle or church's than this KFC location.
While the food was prepared pretty decently, they completely messed up our order. I ordered 21pc all spicy chicken to bring back home so friends could try Trini KFC. After confirming multiple time with them that they packed spicy the ensured me they did - low and behold when I got home it was all original pieces and no spicy.
I guess there's some onus on myself too as I should have taken a look and made sure instead of just taking their word.

The attitude of these kfc workers is beyond unpleasant regardless of day or time. Customer service is needed because I'm a visitor and didn't feel welcome.
Very inefficient service with long wait times where time is precious bc 'yes' we have a plane to catch. Thank God I emigrated from Trinidad yes. The home of bad customer service.
Purchased KFC to send to family abroad.
1. I noticed that the CSR was handling money and food, with no washing of hands in between but I overlooked that.
2. It was about 7am and the CSR behaved as if she was upset to wake up so early. She had a horrible demeanor.
3. She cashed my order, then two other people after me, then gave them their order while I stood and watched in disbelief. Remember we are at the airport where time is of the essence.
4. Finally I receive my order. Four boxes and 3 bags for the boxes. I kindly requested another bag however I was told that I had to pay for the additional bag. Mind you, I spent close to $400. I bagged my order while thinking of how to handle the situation because I refused to pay for a clear plastic bag. The CSR then came and gave me the bag for free. I collected it and said thanks. The people who were behind me in the line were long gone by this time.

Service is generally good,sometimes chicken pieces is small but generally get good sizes pieces however if you reached close to closing hour they should tell you that you may not get your order not have you wait in line only to be disappointed should have system in place.
If you really want KFC, be there at least 2 hours in advance. Waited in line over an hour and when it's my chance they decide to do a shift change. I had to leave cause I was late for boarding. Unbelievable and completely ridiculous. They need to have at least 3 people in front. They NEED to be retrained to handle the crowd and be more like Canada or the States in terms of service. Very rude
I don’t know why I hadn’t learned my lesson from last year. We waited for over half an hour in the line only to find out that they had no original chicken, no mashed potatoes, no wings but...they did have watered down pre poured drinks...but only Red or Mountain Dew. I ended up getting an over cooked drumstick that was no bigger than two inches long. There was no apology, just lots of attitude. What kind of service is this KFC? I am shocked that this incompetence is encouraged.
The best KFC in the world is found in Trinidad and Tobago (my opinion) but their customer services needs to be worked on. I entered the line at the outlet 12.17am after coming off a long flight. The place looked messy with wrappers on the floor in front of the counter. When I reached the front of the line the cashier asked 'what is your order's? I was a little shocked because I'd gotten accustomed to a friendlier customer environment where customers are welcomed to the store to encourage them to come again. Here body language screamed get your and leave. I don't expect chit chat but it would not have hurt her to say 'Welcome to KFC can I have your order please'. I like on KFC taste but I don't like feeling I'm disturbing someone else's day when I spend my money.
Very terrible service. Even the supervisor had an attitude. There was no cashier what so ever with persons standing in line for over 30mins without a cashier. The supervisor was very rude and didn't provide assistance in any way at all. So many persons walked out the line. This experience was by far the WORST! Speaking to the supervisor and she totally ignored everyone.
