So stopped in there for a quick dinner to bring home. I ordered and paid. I waited almost an hour for my purchase . ( 2 things). Huge disappointment. My husband wanted to try the bowl. It was mashed potatoes swimming in gravy with 4 chicken nuggets in it,I ordered extra crispy chicken pieces and mashed potatoes. What I received was 5 undercooked chicken strips and cold mashed potatoes. Threw the whole mess out and called corporate office . Waiting to hear back. I don’t know what’s wrong with this location? Not enough help? The women that were there were trying very hard, but honestly this place needs to be closed down til they get the help they need. Wasn’t my first trip there , but it’s definitely my last.

They had no chicken!!! And yet she still took my order and money, then used excuses and tried to get me to get something else instead. This isn’t the first time, usually they forget part of the order. When are they going to get there act together?? Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!
Service sucks. You stand in line forever. I sat at the counter for an eternity before I even got asked if they can help me. And there is always only 1 or 2 people working. And they get your order wrong 9 times out of ten. Last time I ordered a bucket of chicken I got almost all wings the little hot wing looking piece with the little wing folded under. And they were all cold. It's crazy that there still in buisness. My advice don't go there it's almost worth driving to another location!!!

This KFC location has taken a surprising turn for the best within the last two years. Two years ago, the service was slow and the food wasn't even remotely worth the wait. Now though, it seems the restaurant has done a full 180 and improved itself tenfold. The food now takes a normal amount of time to come out expected for KFC, and the quality of the food has gone up. You can really tell some passion and care has been finally put into this KFC and it's doing wonders for them.
