I just went through the drive-through and never met a happier employee. Joseph was really nice and happy, and made sure we had everything we ordered! He is way better than Kaden at the other store!

Food was absolutely disgusting. Corn was half new half dried up. Chicken tasted dry and old. Biscuits were hard and inedible!
Literally the only thing on my order worth eating was my grandsons chicken nuggets!

Went through the drive through to get some lunch, got the 3 piece Meal and you can tell the food had been sitting around for hours. The chicken was so dry it was basically inedible and had that taste like when you leave a chicken breast in the fridge too long before cooking it, and the fries were cold and limp. I'm disappointed in the food 100%

At 7:54pm we ordered the Taste of KFC meal with 6 pieces of crispy chicken via drive thru. We finally recieved our order at 8:25pm. Fast food?
We were asked to pull to the side of the restaurant and park as there was a 6 minute wait for biscuits to be finished. The drive thru worker said he'd bring it out when it was ready. Okay we thought, no problem.
In the half hour that we waited, 5 cars were served before us (that came after us) and the drive thru kid came out 4 different times with different, wrong orders. He also said it wasn't even busy.
Finally a manager came out and we gave her our receipt to try to decipher everything.
When we got our order 5 minutes later, our chicken was cold and we were missing 1 drumstick from our 6 piece.
Also, those biscuits we were supposed to wait 5 minutes for - raw, doughy, and underbaked.
Not a great experience and no attempt was made to compensate for the poor customer experience. Will not be back.

We went on Friday night at 7:28 p.m. to try the new crispy chicken sandwiches and were very disappointed. The employee working the drive thru was rude and rushed us. When we got home with our food, each sandwich had 2 chicken tenders that were not edible because of how hard they were. They looked and tasted like they had been under the warmer all day and should have gone in the trash but we're served to us instead. The fries were cold and we got the smallest ones so I assume they had been under the warmer for quite some time as well and were the ends of others fries throughout the day. $20 for 2 combos, not worth it. I requested Saturday to be contacted and it's now Monday and I haven't heard a thing. This is the worst KFC location so save yourself a trip and drive to another because this one will give you the trash food to make money.
I ordered a $20 12 peice fill-up and a pot pie. They were busy and looked like training a new guy. While everyone was nice enough I waited for 25-35 minutes for my order. I got home and 4 out of the 12 chickens where dry and old really disappointed. The biscuits were a bit dry as well as if they had been sitting out for a while. I once worked at KFC. And I know you have to take the chicken out after it passes a certain time limit. But really please don't give a customer something that you yourself wouldn't eat. You can see the color difference between the fresh and dry. The dry went in the garbage
we made an order that cost 29 dollars, where it said extra crispy chicken, apart from the fact that the chicken was not cooked since they use frozen chicken, it had nothing crispy but even flaccid without color or flavor. It was the worst disappointment to have gone to this place, we will definitely not buy in this place again.
Came here to eat on a Thursday evening, just after 6pm. It took about 9 minutes to get our order of a couple famous bowls, 4 biscuits, and 3 chicken strips. All the food was hot and seemed fresh. Tables and bathrooms were clean.
I love KFC, I grew on it as a family holiday dinner, so it was a special treat. I'm a big fan of the Famous Bowl and the Pot Pie, my favorites. The only reason I'm giving this particular location 4 stars is because my friend and I waited at the service counter for about five minutes before anyone even noticed us (if they noticed sooner, they didn't say anything). Still, it's not terrible, just annoying. In any case, everything else was great!
