I came through the drive-through March 3, 2023 at about 5:45 PM. The girl at the window was so rude. She kept shutting the door on my face before I could ask for sauces when I did ask for sauces I asked for barbecue sauce and KFC sauce, she put one of each in the bag. All the while she’s showing that she’s impatient by slapping my card against her hand, The original meal I asked for was a 16 piece . family tender meal, and I got a bucket of legs and thighs. As you can see in the picture, I’ve called the store six times now. No one will answer the phone. I spent $58 at a restaurant that may provide three star service at best as you can see from their rating since I can’t get a hold of the store I’ll just be disputing this charge with my bank, this one star review is very well deserved, and I hope the franchisee or corporate whoever sees this, and does something about it.
Sorry but all I can say is this chicken dinner is pathetic! Hard to tell from the photos but the chicken is anorexic and it also had a strange odor … plus they didn’t count right ..
the biscuits are so dried out they are literally hard!
I drive all the way home before I saw this mess and was too tired to drive back but I will never do that again! What a waste of 25 bucks! No one would eat it even though we were hungry.
What happened to good ol Colonel Sanders??

The chicken pot pie consisted mostly of gravy. There were 3 little bites of chicken, 2 tiny carrots, one pea and a potato in it. My Nashville hot tenders were good, but where are the pickles they show on the menu? But there was more meat in one tender than in the entire 3 piece meal my husband got. Those thighs and that drumstick were so small the combo was more a light snack than a meal. And it was overcooked. Potatoes and gravy and mac and cheese were good, but two small sides doesn't make a hungry man who got short-chickened any less hungry. And I can't get through to complain because the phone is constantly busy. I wonder why.....

Do NOT order here if you like their popcorn chicken bowl. They literally gave me 4 small pieces of chicken and mostly gravy! That's the best picture I have of my bowl, but it's literally just mashed potatoes and gravy. I don't like corn mixed in, I prefer that to be on the side, so I order without.
Our counter persons was extremely nice and friendly very courteous made sure everything we asked for was on our tray and we enjoyed dining in the food was awesome as well

Fried Chicken
Went thru the drive thru at 6pm, ordered a "20 dollar FILL UP " box.....chicken oozed dark brown grease in the bottom of box, no sauces, half full french fry section and missing 3 nuggets! I reported our findings after sitting in a line of traffic and our food getting cold...the lady wanted to argue with me and only give me the sauces owed to me! Heck no! We spent $25 bucks!
