The staff has a very hard time at remembering to provide the plastic utensils when customers are ordering side orders that require a utensil. They need to do better at remembering to provide the utensils with every side order for every customer. Ordered meal and brownies thru app. Everything ready when I got there. Got home and no brownies ($6.99) traveled back to restaurant and told them no brownies included. Clerk said. "Well, we are out of them. Don't have them any more." I said I had already paid through the app and another clerk came out and said I would have to get refund back through the app. I said it would have been nice to be told when I picked up the order and she said I should have been told. So, I contact customer (dis) service through app. I get a form response saying they apologize and take feedback "very seriously" and will let the store know. I replied stating how.poor the management is and that they are often out of items (pot pie, chicken type you want, no biscuits and even no biscuits or butter before, etc etc) But, also, how about making sure my $6.99 + be refunded since I didn't get the brownies. No reply. Guess the automatic system can't handle any actual complaints with real solutions needed. So BUYER BEWARE. Skowhegan KFC may charge you, but not refund when they are out and the chain could care less. KFC doesn't mind stealing from people. Finally. I called the number and they will refund the $6.99. Terrible service, and product. We were frequent customers until our recent visit. When we arrived at 930pm the business was closed and employees long gone, although the hours listed on the door still says 10pm, as well as the official corporate website. I complained, and after several back and forth attempts, I finally spoke to the store manager Jessica Gordon. She called me twice, but every time I tried to return her call it rang and rang until the fax machine picked up. It wasn't until I just repeatedly dialed the number she gave me, until anyone answered the phone. She apologized and explained that they have different winter hours and close at 9pm on weekdays other than Friday and Saturday during the winter, and gave us a free Family fill-up, which I was pleased with. She filled out a certificate for the meal, so we could pick it up in the next couple days. When we went to pick it up, Jessica had already gone home for the evening, but the shift manager was extremely rude, and seemed to take offense to that we were being given the complimentary meal and proceeded to give us the absolute worst chicken they could provide. She actually scolded another employee for mistakenly including a cake as part of a different combo, which we ended up paying for because it looked good. Unfortunately, the pictures confirm what we got. Half of the chicken was barely larger than a quarter, which I used for perspective in the pictures, and the mashed potatoes were squished to the point of the containers bursting out the bottom and they didn't close the box of potato wedges, so they were cold, and undercooked to begin with. Really terrible way to treat a repeat customer, and no wonder your ratings are so low!

Don't go here after 8:00pm and expect to get chicken tenders despite the fact they're open until 11:00pm. went to pick up my food and it wasn't ready. It's OK I'm a patient person. There was a nice woman behind the counter who I chatted with for a moment. Upon returning home I realize that they had left out one of my chicken sandwiches. I had to drive all the way back to pick it up, and instead of an apology. I got attitude. she made my sandwich and a half and it was the tiniest piece of chicken I have ever seen!! come on KFC you can do better!
