The remodel of dining room so nice lots of sunshine and seats. The staff is very attentive and great service. The food is my favorite KFC food and served at temperature. The location in center of city nice too. A great lunch stop will definitely be back again. My teenage son and I grabbed classic chicken sandwich meal combos. Sandwiches were scrumptious, fried were really good and hot, the peach/honey Mountain Dew was surprisingly good, and the chocolate chip cookie was a bonus! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ..Just stood inside the lobby for five minutes. Nobody greeted me the manager was watching football on his phone. One employee walked by me, didn’t say anything and went to the back. Eventualy i just left.. wont be coming back to this dump again. This is the worst KFC i have ever been to. We ordered an 8 piece with sides. The biscuits were hard as rocks and all of the chicken was dry. The chicken looked burnt and as if it was fried multiple times. We could not even eat the biscuits or the chicken. If i didn't just have surgery i would of brought it back and demanded a refund. KFC in general is going down hill. I’m the only car in the drive thru during the lunch rush and the person asks me to wait. So I wait about five minutes before having to ask her if I can order. Their lobby is closed and I’m the only car in the drive thru. How she can’t handle a rush of one person is mind boggling. There is ZERO chance this KFC and the rest are going to survive. If I could short sell this stock I would for some easy money. The chicken is still very good but getting over priced, and the sides are horrible. They taste like they been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Mac and cheese was mushy, mash potatoes and gravy never taste right. Even the Mt Dew taste off. It was nice knowing you KFC. Ordered on the app. Waited 30 minutes to get my food. Meanwhile, 5 drive through order and 4 in lobby orders get their food ahead of me. Some of the staff are working hard, but they can't just ignore customers. Put the food in the pick up spot or at least come to the counter and see if people need help. The food was good but the restaurant could have been cleaner. Some of the tables were dirty and i had to wipe my seat off prior to sitting down because there were crumbs on it. Also there were two young children of one of the employees running around near the entrance unsupervised. I believe they were staying there while the employee was working.
