Arrived at 9 pm, they don't close till 11. Went inside and Noone greeted me for at least 5 -7 minutes. Horseplaying and loud laughter coming from the kitchen. When I was finally seen, I ordered the 5 piece tender combo with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. My food came before I could finish filling my drink which is a freshness red flag. When I got to my hotel there was no Mac and cheese but 2 mashed potatoes. 👎 Tenders were old and like rubber. Threw everything away. Definitely won't go back to this one. I have been here a few times because my kids and I love the food. I have to get a lot because of the size of my family. But after paying 5.00 each for extra potatoes and ll 3 of the order of potatoes were barely half full is ridiculous. And I ordered an extra side gravy and got home to find I did not have it either. Ordered 3 pc combo, Got home opened my chicken had a big breast piece with no skin! I live kfc for the taste and skin of the chicken. Whole front of my chicken was missing then I called back to back to back and no one ever picks up! A waste of money and time!
