Stopped on way home from errand..this was Super Bowl Sunday..February 11th. Walked up to door..sign said Dining Room open until 9 pm..door was locked..time was 8:45. Drive-thru was open. Asked about Extra Crispy Chicken..White meat only..only 1 piece..a breast..was left..was told. Ordered 8 piece bucket..2 sides..coleslaw..mashed potatoes and gravy..and biscuits. Cost was about $32. Had gift certificate for $20. Drive-thru person was very nice..Got home and the container with cole slaw had leaked all over the inside of the plastic bag due to a hole punched in the bottom of it..accident?..I do not know. I will think about going to a different KFC..for chicken..or someplace else, entirely. Thank you. went to snow rd kfc expecting a crispy fried fun experience. instead was met with severe soggy disappointment. me and bestie for restie came in at 8:24pm and door said lobby close at 9. people were eating inside. door was open so we walked in just to be blocked by rude crazed worker holding mop who said “NO !!! we are closed !! door not locked bc i just let them in. you can go through drive thru”. and then she pushed and locked us out. a bit concerned but still wanted yummy kfc, so we went to drive thru. there, worker forgot we had two orders and made me waste gas and shiver with open window holding out cash for them to take. finally we got food but dr peppers were large for kids meal. NOT GOOD FOR KIDS. BAD SERVING WANT US TO BE FAT. AND TO TOP IT OFF I GOT HONEY BBQ INSTEAD OF RANCH (who tf likes honey bbq) AND NO BUTTER FOR MY DRY DRY SAHARA DESERT BISCUIT. both were requested to clarify. ALSO GAVE SPORK FOR CHICKEN NUGGETS AND FRIES!! DO YOU THINK I AM STUPID? I KNOW HOW TO EAT FINGER FOOD. so much for finger licking good. also 2 napkin per bag. lady at drive thru window nice tho. not mop lady. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, GAS, DIGNITY, OR CALORIES ON THIS DISGRACEFUL ESTABLISHMENT!!! ALSO REPAVE YOUR PARKING LOT PLEASE LINES ARE AS NONEXISTENT AS MY RANCH AND BUTTER. wish i could give 0 star. sad. 3 times in a row I asked for a 4 piece, extra crispy combo and got regular. This time I called them out and they explained they didn't have extra crispy, inadvertently admitting they made the decision to take my money and give me whatever the hell they wanted. I decided to take it and leave, with the intent to never return there, only to get home and see they not only have me 3 wings and a leg, but they were cold and had no biscuit. Chicken and meals are very expensive and serve meals that are only fit for children, the chicken pieces are ridiculously small and/or tiny! But you pay full price as if you are getting a robust of food. A no go for this place, If your in the mood for chicken, I recommend going elsewhere unless of course, you are feeding your small children.
