Ordered fill up box with original coating. Received 3 original and one crispy. Was to include 4 sauces. There were none in the box. Box was not as appeared on the site. Everything was jumbled together. When I called for the sauces was told I could come and pick them up. I ordered delivery but am supposed to come to get the sauces?? When I reported it to door dash was first told they could redeliver then was told no redelivery was possible. Door dash said they would give me a partial refund. I did a side-by-side comparison with the Popeyes chicken sandwich and the KFC chicken sandwich. They are so close in quality and taste that I have to say I'm pleased that KFC has come out with this chicken sandwich. Two thumbs up!

Today they got the order right. KFC might need help with people I was waiting in the drive thru and the person in front was waiting for someone to take her order, it took about 7minutes for someone to respond.
