KFC Blantyre is a part of the American fast food chain KFC. Expect the same standard of food with Malawian servers. The food is quick and nice. Location is near the commercial center of Blantyre city. A drive thru is also available for a quicker experience.

One of the best fast food spots in the city. I'm a chicken lover. Definitely my "to go to" place. The service is however not as fast as other kfc spots I've been to. They could consider adding more people at the front to make sure we don't stay on the line for too long. .
Great fast food option however meals are never consistent. Sometimes chips are very cold and soggy and chicken has a weird smell and other times food is really good.

If I was writing this review 2 years ago, I would give KFC 5 stars. Back then, the service was fast, the staff were more friendly and the place was well taken care of. All of that isn't something I can say of the place now. The staff are always grampy and slow. The place doesn't as nice as it used to (so much so that I always go for takeouts).
The quality of the food has gone down too but still tries to remain better than other fried chicken outlets.
I also feel the drinks are overpriced.
Not so sure about now but the ice cream used to be lovely.
Lets cut straight to the point here, their service is bad, like bad bad.... Ive seen better service at a filling station....anthu ake ngati there always mad and in a hurry...these mfs really need to be restrained on their social skills or whatever.

This place is not as nice as the lilongwe KFC and not as efficient. The food is okay but has some certain aspect of KFC missing. Parking is also a problem in the afternoon especially at lunch since you have to park by the street and I would not advise you to here at night as it is a bit dangerous in this area considering it's close to the market. But overall it's a nice place to get a quick meal.
Fast food at it's finest in Malawi. Try not to make it a habit or you'll be struggling to shed those pounds. I recommend the "Streetwise Two" as a cost effective hunger solution.
