I'm pretty sure I ordered a 5pc chicken tender meal and I only got 3 pieces. After a day long work it would be nice to have the right stuff for my meal. On top of that I never got a receipt so I cant even look to see what they put down. I also asked for Fries instead and got exactly what I didn't want... As a customer in there tonight picking up an order to deliver, what the manager did to the employee by grabbing her by the arm and walking her outside was HIGHLY inappropriate. If you have an issue wth that employees, you do that in the office not in front of customers for all to see abs embarass her. Don't ever put your hands on someone that way. I'll make sure corporate is aware of this!! And to the young lady, I'm sorry they treated you that way. There's a job available for you if you have a car ( no not at another kfc/taco bell). I really appreciate the services I received from this KFC location. Going in for a pick up order yesterday; the gentleman who worked at the 5 pm shift (I believe he is the store manager) went above and beyond to ensure I got all condiments I needed. Thank you! Worst restaurant ever! I just left their drive-thru and when I got home I found that they completely forgot my meal in the bag, and gave us two chicken sandwiches when I ordered one. The girl on the speaker barely spoke English and obviously doesn't understand English as well! I spent $27 and received 2 of the 3 meals we were charged for. Also the kid at the window handing out food, obviously hates his job, you can tell by the attitude he has. I tried calling the store, no answer only a voicemail, I doubt they will call back! Next time I'm gonna check the bag before I drive away! Ridiculous and incompetent employees!!

My husband and I both got food poisoning from the tacos on 12/30/22. We have never gotten food poisoning from eating here so this was a first for us. My husband didn't get food poisoning as badly as I did. There must have been bad meat used since we both had beef tacos. We got a taco for our 2 year old and she didn't want anything to do it which was weird for her. I guess she knew something was wrong with the tacos.
