We didn’t receive 2 of our biscuits and get less than a scoop of our Mac and cheese and potatoes. When we called to get the issue resolved we were met with an attitude and told we were wrong and that they would not give us a refund until eventually we were hung up on. went to KFC today 8/1... got 3 mac and cheese bowls, an order of fries and some biscuits. mac and cheese bowls with popcorn chicken were so salty no one could eat em... Not sure whats goin on at this location but yes seasoning is a must but they went way overboard, too Salty is never good. $30 wasted.. This location always messes up something... Update:: Ordered food through the KFC app lastnight (1/8/24) and they use DoorDash to deliver it. Spent close to $40 for food and delivery fees.. Food arrives at time they said, but beyond cold. Also some food missing. This place just gets worse over time. Not sure what they are doing up there bit it just keeps goimg downhill. Also bag plus bags inside that bag were wide open. Bags are usually tied ot taped shut when having food delivered through apps. So not very safe to have food delivered like that not knowimg if someone can go into your food before you get it. They also put a sricker on the back saying they double check the order to ensure you get everything, so how were we missing food? Many KFCs in the CT area are hit or miss. Although, this Meriden location is always kept clean and the staff stays friendly. Hopefully this stays the way it is, we all know customer service and cleanliness are on the decline across the board in the fast food restaurant genre.
