Should of went with those reviews. Lesson learned! Bought the Fill up box and was given soggy fries, uncooked mushy biscuits, and wierd looking mash potatoes!! Took a small bite of the orange colored mashed potatoes and rancid taste. I can't imagine what they do behind the scenes. Disgusted and should of known better by looking at the weird looking gravy. They better hope I don't get sick!! My stomach is turning! Steer away from this place. They need a food inspector asap!!! Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1

On 3 separate orders over the last month we have been shorted nuggets. A 12 count meal became 9. The next order was 4 meals and asked for a large fry and was told they can't do large fries on orders. The 4 fries we did get were only half full. Also 2 of those meals were missing nuggets. Then last night we ordered four 5 count nugget packs and a large fry as a side. The fries were half full. I tried a year ago to order simple chicken breast and strips you can read about that on last review .. so today a year later I thought I will give them one more chance to make it right. Oh but no after one hour wait for two chicken breast and tenders. I was delivered a box of disgusting nastiness once again!!! The breast and tenders were so burned 🔥 inside and out they were un editable. The owner should be livid and fire staff and just close the store!!!!! I ordered the mashed potato bowl with nuggets. The potatoes had a weird taste. The french fries were cold, hard, dried out, and shriveled. They call those nuggets??…Tiny pieces of breading with barely any chicken inside. Definitely not like the photo. This is my second time at this location. So many locations have really gotten bad, but this one is still worth going to. Unlike the Buckeye and west Goodyear locations this one had no employees yelling at each other. The floors were clean. The young man taking my order actually knew what he was doing. My order was correct and the food is good. Not sure what is the deal with this location, but it seems like it gets worse each time I come, and I only come here because it's on my way home. Went through DT, worker handed me sauces, loosely, and then had me park - why not just put the sauces in the bag?? Gravy has the consistency of pudding and the nuggets were overcooked and extremely dry. Last time we were here on March 20, 2023, my husband and daughter got sick within a number of hours after eating (we had just came back from vacation and this was the first and only food we had eaten). Called the restaurant spoke to a "manager" who essentially tried to say it was impossible to get food poisoning in less than 24 hours but he would have the GM call me - never did get that call. Unfortunately, this location continues to have issue after issue. I see workers standing around talking, scrolling on phones, etc. Food is subpar and service is to be desired. This place having a 2 star rating is giving them too much credit. I ordered a coleslaw chicken wrap and received a mayonnaise chicken wrap. I'm not exaggerating. Literally only mayonnaise and chicken like the person making it said "nobody really likes coleslaw." I ordered a (previously known as the) 5 dollar fill-up bowl twice, and both times, it's been AT LEAST stale. But ironically I've had better customer serv.... here than other places in Surprise. I ordered the family meal for takeout, and the corn was bad as in expired smelling would not eat it. The biscuits were not fresh. It was not a good experience. The chicken was good, at least. To start the man taking the order was so quick to speak all you heard were mumbled words. Service was horrible after letting him know to slow down. We waited outside for 20 minutes thru drive thru with a couple of cars total. Had me pull around to have me sit. When I finally got my chicken it was all soggy white from how long it had sat in the box. I was going to go complain to the store but with the way it was handled to start I didn't think it would go anywhere. For min of 15 these people should really care more about what there doing.
