3 stars for the food. There was nobody on the front desk, food price is different in- store and KFC app. Tables were not clean. Better you order in advance and just pickup the order or use drive thru.

I was in the drive-thru and told there was a wait on my order and it would be easier to come into the lobby. After 30 minutes I received my order. Based off some previous experience with this location, I thought I better check the order and it was wrong once again. Not sure why I had to wait 30 minutes as most of the order was cold. The worst pickup experience I've ever had, hands down. When I arrived to pickup my online order, all the doors and windows were closed, one staff let me wait at the small closed windows, BUT nobody opened the window. I saw the food bag with my name was ready on the table, but they let me waited before the closed window in the rain for 20 minutes. Finally, a long-haired male employee reluctantly opened the window and threw my food to me, which was already cold. Ridiculous experience! Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today, I placed an online order at 6:20 pm, at 6:50 Pm the app said it was ready for pickup. When I got in the order was not even started. Got it finally at 7:27 pm. More than hour. On top of that the order was wrong, ordered 3 of the 2 mini sandwich combos 3 x 2 = 6 sandwiches instead I got 1 per combo (half of them). Asked for 3 fries (got 2 instead) and 1 biscuit. And was not just me, there were many other customers with similar problems. When an order says ready to pick-up, it should be actually ready for pickup. For another customer while I was waiting, his online order was picked by another person after waiting for more than 40 mins, then the KFC employee said to him that was already served and cannot do anything, the customer of course complained. Then another employee decided to put a new order for him but told the customer he would need to wait again because there were many orders ahead. The customer decided to leave, lost his money and didn't get the food. Why they do not confirm that an order is picked by the right person? Would avoid these problems. Horrible customer service. My kids always enjoy their KFC bucket meals from here. Most times I opt for take out or drive through. The entrance door seems heavy sometimes I assume the door is locked. There is ample space for free parking for customers. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Great crew!, polite, even kind. Very organized and efficient. I have never dined in restaurant, but always use drive thru. Food is always delicious. I wish a more healthy slaw was offered. Too sweet! But everything, Chicken and, sandwiches, fries,, all brilliant and consistency is perfect. Happy,, kind service is what brings me back, weekly. Well run/managed, the gracious crew is proof of that.
