Badly run. The drive through is recently just closed,even though the shop is open. If the drive through is open they make you take the order with a lady at the front door. You then told to drive and Waite in the parking area. This is to avoid waiting at the pick up window and creating a queue as it’s so slow. The shop is chaotic and on numerous times we have arrived home to find that something is missing. This is run like a proper third world country store,with nobody in charge. Not finger licking good.

Food quality excellent and delicious. The only complaint is the food delivery guys waiting in a horde and running in and out the shop and shouting and hogging the toilets. I'm so happy theirs a self order screen. It took longer wait than a usual KFC but so worth it, all my food was so good. I'm livid with yesterday's service that I got. I arrived before 8, and we were told to wait 8 min for the food. By 8 my order was already in by the kiosk and I had my slip in my hand. I waited and waited and waited and my order still did not come. 25 min later I go by the counter to ask what is the hold up with my order because I see that the shop is getting empty and people that came after me are long gone. The lady tells she forgot about my order so do I mind waiting for 20 min. This point I'm getting angry because she didn't even apologize ,a lady from the back and the ladies by the till told her to apologize. She had the audacity to ask me what im gonna do like it's my fault that she skipped my order. I will never set my foot there because clearly they don't care about the customers . Let me jump right in and alert the owner of this franchise to have a serious look into the management of this location. The only reason this restaurant remains open is due to the lack of competition. Last night I "attempted" to purchase a meal. After seeing a client complaining about an hour wait time, the state of the counter and the staff's lack of control I decided to take my business elsewhere. It is sad to see a KFC being run this way and I would be extremely happy if the problems were rectified. Service: 1

Not a pleasant experience. Wanted to do "drive-thru", stood in a queue snaking into the street. After 5 minutes I decided to park and order inside. Just as full inside and not sure where the queue was. Card machines were not working. Looked like store was under-staffed. Poor assistants were trying their best. Eventually ordered and got food timeously. Food was great. Management needs to improve overall experience for customer. Not the first time we have experienced this at this store. I had the best experience. The staff told us we can stay in our vechile,they will bring the food to us. Everyone was friendly and they atmosphere was very pleasant. 10 out of 10. Worst service I've ever experienced @ a KFC... I ordered instore, 3 meals & I'm waiting 45min for them to finish my order... This is unacceptable & very disappointing... Counted about 12 people that came in & left before me.... How is this good service.... You really need to check your workers as i spoke to them after waiting 30min & yet I'm waiting another 15min... This KFC has some terrible processes, it’s pure chaos with just 2-3 customers in here. Someone needs to come work on this operation. You tell the person at the till your order… she’s runs to the back to ask if they have it…. You then place your order at the kiosk to pay. It’s wild. It took 30 minutes to get my order for 1 person and there was literally one person ahead of me.

Been in KFC Hout bay twice now I have been kept waiting for almost 45 mins with no explanation and others come order and go while I'm waiting. Spoke to the lady at the back responded rudely . How can you not save streetwise 2 x 3 and being able to have 15 pieces for someone who came after us. I feel like customer service is not priority for this shop.
