For a fast food outlet, it was so so extremely slow for breakfast time at 7.15am, we waited 30 mins for our burger and porridge. And yet it was served lukewarm for both. Very disappointed for an international brand fast food chain.

Went there last saturday (16/9/2023). My daughter threw a tantrum over a closed kids playground. Out from nowhere a female staff I assume the manager based from the uniform handed my daughter an ice cream!!! Ive been to a lot of fast food chain and I never receive this kind act from the home staff. I forgot to ask for her name as to calm my daughter. Anyway management should reward her. I used to work in parts inventory management and I am aware that the ice cream she gave must be coming from her pocket money to tally thing up!! Thumbs up and keep it up!!

Alhamdulillah, I got big portion of chicken parts. Order through KFC apps and surprisingly my order ready within 10-15min. Everything was warm and fresh except for loaded cheezy fries was cold.

Worst drive through experience. There’s one Female staff that do not know such kind of menu exist and keep on asking us what is frosted sweet potato fries. She pass it to a male worker who finally understood what we wanted to order but once we wanted to cancel our ala carte coleslaw bcs we wanted to order a set; he said he cannot cancel the order ( mind you, we still at the drive through ordering area not yet went to the payment area) after my husband complain why cannot then suddenly he said oh ya can can. Are you tooo lazy to do your job ? Seriously ? We are the only one at the drive through at that moment..not peak hour at all but how lousy their service..

Fried chicken doesn't taste like original KFC at all, more like pasar malam fried chicken. Disgusting smells some corners cause of cat's shxting around.

The food and drinks were typical of any KFC branch, nothing too special. The location was very convenient, as it was easy to get to from anywhere in the town. The building looked nice and modern, and the service was fast and efficient. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the restaurant. There were flies buzzing around. I think they should do something about that as it is not hygienic or pleasant. I would give this restaurant 4 stars out of 5.
