Poor service last night, front coloured cashier didn't take my order .. delayed me from my bus and kept speaking Afrikaans ignoring me until I left that KFC.. she deliberately ignored me and kept pouring drinks that were not ordered by anyone.. pathetic and wont dare stop at that kfc Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's a typical KFC... nice food. Service is 50/50, sometimes you'll get great service and other times absolutely terrible service. Don't go after midnight as they never have chicken past 12🤦🏻‍♀️ not very useful for an "after-kuier" food stop on the way home after drinking😂 Overall, it's a good KFC, I've seen way worse. I arrived driving from Queenstown to Cape Town. I order food and the music system is so loud you'd swear you're in a bar. I asked the cashier to at least lower the volume. She does and the volume goes up a minute later. I again ask the same thing but now the volume does not even go down. I requested to see the Manager and that was when the volume actually went down, I could not hear anyone on the other side of the phonecall I was in. Frankly if I wanted a bar I would have looked for one. The service should be about the customer and not the pleasure of the staff members. HORRIBLE. Drive through was so quick but I understand why. Old soggy oil drenched chicken that tasted like nothing, Pops soggy and warm, not hot, chips soggy and warm, order was incorrect. The cokes were cold. Unfortunately it is not convenient to turn back. I dumped the whole order at the first roadside bin. Shame on you for serving this disaster. Food: 1 Service: 5
