Very bad service. You wait long, always have to ask for chilli salt and tomato sauce, of which 90 % of the time they do not have. Then after waiting so long, you are told they were making you fresh sprinkle pops, but the pops cup is half filled. This has been happening a fee times now. Not impressed at all anymore. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Will never get any take outs from them again. They serves was always poor en orders incomplete, but this morning was the last. The place is very clean and not busy as other franchise, I don't know if it because of the location or. When comes to food I would say number one because it fresh meat and prepared fast. One thing I like about KFC outlet they ensure that they follow Covid regulation.

Hobo harass you. They make you park in the parking lot and wait for your drive through food. Which can take 10 mins. The hobos will not leave you alone and when I asked to speak to the manger . As is always the case BRAKPAN KFC is the worst I've seen . Yet again, no coffee what's the use of getting a breakfast with no coffee. Really I've complained before to no avail. KFC BRAKPAN not complying with franchise rules of KFC might as well change the name to something else. KFC main branch to take BRAKPAN KFC to task for contravening franchise rules always

I had a terrible experience tonight at Kfc Brakpan in Prince George , we ordered a Fully loaded box meal , streetwise pap , mash , chips and a waffle burger. My son ate the waffle burger and complained that it doesn't taste right. I tasted it and immediately almost threw up , It was moldy, dense and smelled awful . It literally had mold !!!!! My husband ate his meal and couldn't complain much at the time but when we got home he immediately experienced stomache aches and a runny tummy , my son has the same symptoms. My pap was rock hard ! And potato chips were undercooked and unseasoned, now i don't mind for a few hick ups now and then, but this affected my family's health !! This place needs to be closed down if they don't improve. It's a disgrace to ask that price for food and give this type of poor , rotting quality! We were so disappointed and discusted we left immediately and left a lot of the food .
